|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الثقة بالنفس ومهارات الاتصال لدى المرشدين الطلابيين بمكة المكرمة، وكذلك الفروق في الثقة بالنفس لدى المرشدين الطلابيين وفقا لمتغيرات (التخصص-الخبرة-المرحلة)، بالإضافة إلى الفروق في مهارات الاتصال لدى المرشدين الطلابيين وفقا لمتغيرات (التخصص-الخبرة-المرحلة)، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (١٢٠) مرشداً من المرشدين الطلابيين، ممثلين في جميع المراحل الدراسية، واستخدم الباحث مقياس الثقة بالنفس من إعداد قواسمة والفرح (١٩٩٦)، ومقياس مهارات الاتصال إعداد محسن (١٩٩٣). وقد أسفر البحث عن النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين الثقة بالنفس ومهارات الاتصال وأبعاد كل منهما، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا ومتغيري الثقة بالنفس ومهارات الاتصال بين أفراد العينة وفقا لمتغيري التخصص والخبرة وذلك لصالح المتخصصين وذوي الخبرة الأعلى، وأظهرت كذلك عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متغيري الثقة بالنفس ومهارات الاتصال بين أفراد العينة وفقا لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية. وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة العمل على إعداد برامج تدريبية تستند على مهارات الاتصال، لتنمية الثقة بالنفس لدى المرشدين الطلابيين مما ينعكس إيجابا على الممارسة المهنية للمرشد.

|b This research aims to identify the relationship between the self-confidence and communication skills of students' counselors, and the differences in the self-confidence of the student counselors according to the variables (specialization - experience - phase), in addition to differences in communication skills of the students' counselors according to the variables (specialization - experience - phase) at Holy Makkah schools. The researcher used the descriptive method to achieve the research's goals. The study sample consisted of (120) students' counselors who represents all levels of education. The researcher used self-confidence scale which prepared by Qwasemah and Alfarah (1996) and short scale from communication skills scale, prepared by Mohsen (1993). The results of this research are as following: There is statistically positive significance correlation relationship between the self-confidence and communication skills and their dimensions. In addition, there is statistically significance positive significance correlation between the two dimensions (all the communication skills) and self-confidences as a whole degree Furthermore, the result of this study shows that there are statistically differences in the two variables (the self-confidence and communication skills) among the sample according to two variables (the specialist and the experience for the specialist people and the more experience, and there is no statistically differences for the two variables (the self-confidence and communication skills) among the sample according to the education variable . The researcher recommends preparing training programs for developing communication skills to enhance the self-confidence for students' counselors which may reflected positively on the professional career for students' counselors.
