|a هدف البحث إلى تحديد مدى إدراك أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء لمفهوم إدارة المعرفة وأهميتها، والتعرف على العلاقة ونوع التأثير بين متطلبات إدارة المعرفة وعملياتها والأداء المؤسسي لجامعة شقراء. وشمل مجتمع البحث أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة شقراء والبالغ عددهم (1751) عضواً. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، قام الباحث بإعداد استمارة استقصاء شملت على (72) فقرة بصيغتها النهائية. وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة عن طريق عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين، كما تم التأكد من ثباتها باستخدام معامل (كرونباخ ألفا)، وللإجابة على تساؤلات البحث: استخدام الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والأهمية الترتيبية لجميع متغيرات الدراسة والفقرات المكونة لكل متغير. ولاختبار فروض البحث فقد تم استخدام الاختبارات غير المعلمية (اختبار الإشارة، مان وتني واختبار كروسكال – والاس، معامل سبيرمان لارتباط الرتب) وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:- - (أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى إدراك أعضاء هيئة التدريس بإدارة المعرفة وأهميتها في جامعة شقراء مرتفع – هناك تفاوت بين آراء أفراد عينة البحث حول أبعاد متطلبات وعمليات إدارة المعرفة).

|b The aim of the study was to determine the degree of awareness of the staff of Shaqra University for the understanding of knowledge management and its importance, and to identify the relationship and the type of influence between the requirements of knowledge management and operations and the institutional performance of Shaqra University. The study population included (1751) The staff at Shaqra University To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a survey questionnaire which include in its final shape of (72) items. The validity of the questionnaire was tested by a committee of specialists. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was tested by using (Cronbach-Alpha) coefficient, To answer the study's questions, the researcher used the averages, the standard deviations and the ordinal importance of all the variables of the study and the constituents of each variable. In order to test the study hypotheses, the non-parametric tests (signal test, Mann-whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, Spearman's Rho) were used. The study reached a number of results: - The results of the study showed that the level of knowledge of the staff in knowledge management and its importance at Shaqra University is high, - There is a discrepancy between the views of the research sample members on the dimensions of knowledge management requirements and processes.
