المستخلص: The study problem is Identifying the availability or lack of success requirements of Kaizen Japanese strategy for continuous improvement in government institutions by applying to the telecommunications sector in Egypt (Orange, Vodafone, Etisalat and Wii ). The study aims to determine the availability or non-availability of success requirements of Kaizen Japanese strategy for continuous improvement in the telecommunications sector in Egypt . Also , the study aims to identify the most important factors affecting the continuous improvement of the organization The study tries to have answers to the following questions: 1- What is Kaizen's strategy? 2- What is the method of continuous improvement? 3- Why does the organization resort to the Kaizen strategy? 4- What variables affect ongoing improvement in the organization? 5- What are the obstacles to the continuous improvement of the Organization? The main study hypothesis is there is no statistically significant relationship between Kaizen's strategy and continuous improvement of telecom companies. The main study results were: all the questions of the study were , and the main study hypothesis was rejected answered.
