المستخلص: يقدم هذا البحث تقييم الأثر الاقتصادي للنشاط الصناعي بجمهورية مصر العربية نظرا لأنه احدى الأنشطة الرئيسية للاقتصاد المصري وقد تم تقييم إجمالي مشاركة قطاع الصناعة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وذلك خلال السنوات من ٢٠١١ إلى ٢٠١٧، كما تم الوقوف على تأثير الاستثمارات الجديدة التي تم ضخها بالأنشطة الصناعية خلال نفس الفترة من ٢٠١١ إلى ٢٠١٧، وتتبع تأثيرها على القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة للإنتاج بالقطاع الصناعي، ونظراً للأهمية الاقتصادية لقطاع الصناعة من خلال فرص العمل المتاحة وتوليد فرص عمل جديدة بقطاعات الأنشطة الصناعية الرئيسية، فقد تم تقييم أعداد العاملين في القطاع الصناعي ومقارنتهم بإجمالي أعداد العاملين بكافة القطاعات الإنتاجية والخدمية الأخرى من زراعية وخدمية، كما تم تقييم تطور إمكانية قطاع الصناعة في توفير فرص العمل الجديدة مع الزيادة الكلية في إعداد السكان بجمهورية مصر العربية، ومدى تأثير فرص العمل بقطاع الصناعة على نسبة أعداد السكان تحت خط الفقر. كما تم تحليل التوجه الاستثماري في القطاع الصناعي للأنشطة الصناعية المتعددة للوقوف على الأثر المباشر للاستثمارات في تلك المجالات الصناعية على نسبة القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة للإنتاج ونسبة أعداد العاملين بتلك الأنشطة الصناعية. وتتعدد القيمة المضافة لقطاع الصناعة حيث يوفر احتياجات الأسواق ويقلل الحاجة إلى الاستيراد مما يحقق الدعم الاقتصادي المباشر للناتج المحلي الإجمالي لذلك فقد تم تقييم إجمالي الصادرات والواردات للمنتجات الصناعية. وقد تبين من نتائج البحث القيمة المضافة لمشاركة قطاع الصناعة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والتي لم تقل نسبة مشاركتها عن 33.1% في العام ٢٠١٧ بقيمة قدرها 109.99 مليار دولار وقد بلغت أقصى نسبة مشاركة له في العام ٢٠١١ بنسبة قدرها 37.65% وبقيمة قدرها 88.854 مليار دولار، كما بينت نتائج البحث أهمية قطاع الصناعة في توفير فرص عمل لأبناء الشعب المصري حيث بلغت أقل نسبة مشاركة لأعداد العاملين الكلية بقطاع الصناعة 17% بعدد وظائف قدرة 4.534 مليون نسمة في العام ٢٠١١ وقد بلغت أقصى نسبة لها مشاركة لقطاع الصناعة 24% بإجمالي عدد وظائف 6.646 مليون نسمة في العام ٢٠١٤. كما بين البحث أهمية الاستثمارات المباشرة في القطاع الصناعي حيث حقق تطور في العائد المحلي للنشاط الصناعي بلغت أقصى قيمة مشاركة له في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في العام ٢٠١٦ بقيمة قدرها 122.72 مليار دولار وأقل قيمة له في العام ٢٠١١ بقيمة قدرها 88.85 مليار دولار في حين لم تقل قيمة الاستثمارات السنوية في قطاع الصناعة عن 11.99 مليار دولار وبلغت أقصى قيمة لها 21.64 مليار دولار في العام ٢٠١٧. ونظرا لان التأثير الاقتصادي المباشر لقطاع الصناعة يمكن تقييمه من حيث قدرة قطاع الصناعة على توفير المنتجات بالكمية المناسبة وبالجودة اللازمة وبالسعر المنافس للأسواق العالمية فقد تم تحليل إجمالي صادرات المنتجات الصناعية ووارداتها بالقيمة من خلال البيانات المتاحة في الفترة التي شملتها الدراسة حيث تبين أن النسبة المئوية لقيمة الصادرات للواردت للمنتجات الصناعية قد تأثرت بشكل ملحوظ بسعر التحويل للجنيه المصري مقارنة بالدولار، وانخفضت النسبة المئوية لقيمة الصادرات للواردت للمنتجات الصناعية بانخفاض سعر تحويل الجنيه المصري بالنسبة للدولار.

This research presents an assessment of the economic impact of the industrial activity in the Arab Republic of Egypt as it is one of the main activities of the Egyptian economy. The total participation of the industrial sector in GDP was assessed during the years 2011 to 2017. The impact of new investments in industrial activities in the same period of 2011 to 2017 was assessed as well as its impact on the economic value added of production in the industrial sector. Given the economic importance of the industrial sector through the available employment opportunities and the generation of new jobs in the main industrial sectors, the number of employees was assessed in the industrial sector and compared with their numbers in the agricultural and service sectors. In addition, the development of the possibility of the industrial sector in providing new job opportunities with the total increase in the population of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the extent of the impact of employment opportunities in the industrial sector on the percentage of population under the poverty line. The investment trend in the industrial sector for various industrial activities was also analyzed to determine the direct impact of investments in these industrial fields on the percentage of the economic value added to the production and the percentage of workers in these industrial activities. The added value of the industrial sector varies, as it provides the needs of the markets and reduces the need for imports, which provides direct economic support for GDP; therefore, the total exports and imports of industrial products were assessed. The results of the research showed the added value of the participation of the industrial sector in GDP, whose participation rate was not less than 33.1% in 2017 with a value of $ 109.99 billion. The maximum participation rate in 2011 was 37.65% at $ 88.854 billion. The results of the study showed the importance of the industrial sector in providing job opportunities for the Egyptian people. The lowest participation rate for the total number of employees in the industrial sector was 17% with 4.534 million jobs in 2011, with the highest participation rate of 24% In 2014. The research also highlighted the importance of direct investment in the industrial sector, which caused a progress in the domestic return of industrial activity, the maximum value of participation in GDP in 2016 worth 122.72 billion dollars and the lowest value in 2011 worth 88.85 billion dollars, while the value of annual investments in the industrial sector reached $ 11.99 billion, with a maximum value of $ 21.64 billion in 2017. Since the direct economic impact of the industrial sector can be assessed in terms of the ability of the industrial sector to provide products of the appropriate quantity and quality and at the competitive price of the world markets, the total exports of industrial products and imports were analyzed in value by the available data in the period studied. It was found that the imports percentage of industrial products have been significantly affected by the conversion rate of the Egyptian pound against the dollar. The percentage of the value of exports to imports of industrial products decreased as the conversion rate of the Egyptian pound against the dollar decreased.
