|b The objective of our research is to analyze and present HR management practices in general and motivation, in particular in health institutions that have undergone specific evolutions and restructurings in recent years. The analysis of the results we have reached shows that the Algerian UHC suffers from a devaluation of existing human resources on the one hand, and the lack of a real motivational policy that would enable it to obtain a better performance from human resources available to meet the challenges of managing the CHU on the other hand.
