|b The traditional task of school and university education process is considered an active reason of social change enlightened factors in our time, as well as the teacher is a determining factor in the personal composition of the enlightened in their students, and is capable of thinking and insight conscious choice of directions and aims of this change. This is the current era is the era of information and communications technology and its applications in all areas is education in this era which saw from a technical evolution and the emergence of new global economic patterns of the most vibrant and successful commodity and a driving force for change, so we have to realize dealing with education in ways that differ from past and present. They use and dissemination of modern communications and information technology that will help the student to enable him to basic Arabic language skills, while students serve in the face of the world revolution and technology conscious thought and clear Arabic. Because traditional methods of education are alienate them students. And modern technologies will give to ease curriculum design, develop, test and measure the degree of efficiency of the process, and help teachers discover the modern methods of education process. So it has to be training in the use of computer and communications technology and information and are taught the Arabic language according to modern theories, and with the help of language labs that provide effective simulation language processes and practice hearing and spoken debugging and help the students to control the course of the lecture process. Today we need a plan to modernize and develop the Arabic language education process as an integrated system from the beginning of the student and the teacher even on the basis of the use of educational technology multimedia. And the use of educational technology, particularly the knocking of technological updates on the education process does not drop the role of the teacher while changes to focus on collected knowledge and development of skills, which is reflected on the student's ability to self-learning because the teacher is no longer the only carrier of knowledge it is directed and co-students and director of the research project the mentor and student in science-oriented trip through the planning of the educational place and the choice of learning resources that are commensurate with the goals planned and recording his observations on the extent of student achievement and then directing. But the teacher will not be up to this paradigm shift, but if mastered the technical work allowing him opportunities in the course of his career in the short-term. The aims of the research that we aspire to meet them is detected the effectiveness of the technology and multimedia in changing students' attitudes toward learning the Arabic language and clarify the role of the teacher in the age of information technology.
