المستخلص: عنوان الدراسة: دور مديري المعاهد العلمية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب. أهداف الدراسة: التعرف على: - الأدوار الإدارية لمديري المعاهد العلمية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب. - الأدوار الفنية لمديري المعاهد العلمية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب. - معرفة أهم المعوقات التي تحد من دور مديري المعاهد العلمية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب. - والوقوف على أهم المقترحات التي تساعد مديري المعاهد العلمية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب. منهج وأداة الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة للدراسة. مجتمع الدراسة: جميع مديري المعاهد العلمية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وعددهم (67) مديرا، وقد استخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل. أبرز نتائج الدراسة: - موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية على الأدوار الإدارية لمديري المعاهد العلمية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري، وكان من أهمها: - إلمامه بجميع التعاميم والأنظمة الواردة، ومعرفة الإجراء النظامي عند وقوع مخالفة من الطلاب التي تتعلق بجانب الأمن الفكري، واهتمامه المباشر بتنفيذ الخطة المرسومة للأمن الفكري. - موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية جدا على الأدوار الفنية لمدير المعهد في تعزيز الأمن الفكري، وكان من أهمها: أن يقوم بتضمين محتوى الأنشطة الطلابية فعاليات توضح حب الوطن والانتماء إليه ووجوب المحافظة عليه، وتشجيع الطلاب على الإلمام بمفاهيم وآثار الأمن الفكري، ومتابعة سلوك الطلاب باستمرار لتحديد ورصد الأفكار المنحرفة. - موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية على المعوقات التي تحد من دور مدير المعهد في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب، وكان من أهمها: انتشار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل مفتوح وغير مقنن، ووجود القنوات الإعلامية المعادية تشحن الشباب وتجييشهم ضد وطنهم ومجتمعهم. - موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية جدا على المقترحات التي تساعد مدير المعهد في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب، وكان من أهمها: بيان آثار الانحراف الفكري وعرض شواهد معاصرة لتحذير الطلاب منه، وتصحيح المفاهيم المغلوطة لديهم.

The study aims to identify: - The administrative roles of the directors of pre-university academic institutes in promoting the intellectual security among students. - The technical roles of the directors of academic institutes in promoting the intellectual security among students. - Identifying the major constraints that limit the role of academic institutes’ directors in promoting the intellectual security among students. - The most important recommendations that help the academic institutes’ directors promote the intellectual security among students. The study employed a descriptive survey approach using the questionnaire as a tool. The study population consisted of all directors of academic institutes in KSA, with number of (67) directors. The most notable results of the study: - The study population highly agreed that the most important administrative roles of the directors of academic institutes, in promoting the intellectual security among students, he in their understanding of all relevant circulars and regulations, and their awareness of the standard procedure in cases of violation by students regarding intellectual security, and their keenness in implementing the intellectual security plan. - The study population highly agreed that the most important administrative roles of the directors of institutes, in promoting intellectual security, is to integrate some content in the activities that show patriotism and belonging, necessity to protect the land, encouraging students to know the concepts and effects of intellectual security, and continuous monitoring of the students behavior to spot deviant thoughts. - The study population highly agreed that the barriers limiting the role of the directors of academic institutes, in promoting intellectual security among students, open access to social communication networks, and the presence of hostile media channels that negatively stimulate youths against their community and country. - The study population highly agreed that the most important proposals helping the directors of academic institutes, in promoting intellectual security among students, is clarification of the impacts of deviant thoughts and showing contemporary examples to warn youths against them, and to correct their misconceptions.
