الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وبعد؛ فإن هذا البحث يتعلق بجانب مهم من جوانب دراسة الأحاديث النبوية ورواتها، وهو المهملون من الرواة، ويهتم بإبراز هذا الجانب في برنامج عظيم يخدم السنة النبوية وهو "برنامج خادم الحرمين الشريفين للسنة النبوية المطهرة"، وقد تطرق لمزايا البرنامج في هذا الجانب، وكيفية الإفادة منه في تعيين المهملين من الرواة، وبين بعض الملاحظات التي تحتاج إلى تسديد والتي لا تقلل من شأن البرنامج وقيمته العلمية الرفيعة، وكان من أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها: • أولى البرنامج جانب تعيين الرواة المهملين عناية كبيرة تستحق الإشادة بها، وحث الباحثين على الإفادة منها. • التطوير المستمر والمراجعة الدائمة لهذا البرنامج وغيره من البرامج الحاسوبية أصبح ضرورة ملحة لمواكبة التطور الكبير والتسارع التقني في عصرنا الحاضر. • ينبغي على الباحث الذي يستخدم هذا البرنامج فيما يتعلق بتعيين المهمل أو غيره أن يكون متحريا محتاطا لبعض النتائج التي تصدر عنه لما قد يكون خطأ مطبعيا في المصادر التي استقى البرنامج منها، ولما يتم ترجيحه أو اعتماده في البرنامج دون ذكر مرجحات علمية واضحة.
Praise be to Allaah, peace and blessing be upon the Messenger of Allah; This research has to do with an important aspect of the study of the prophetic traditions and their narrators, which is al-muhmaluun (the unspecified ones) among the narrators, and it focuses on highlighting this aspect in a great Program that serves the Prophet’s Sunnah, which is the “Program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the Prophetic Sunnah”, and it discussed the advantages of the Program in this aspect, and how to benefit from it In identifying al-muhmaluun among the narrators, and it also pointed out some of the observations that need to be rectified which do not in any way underestimate the Program and its high scientific value. Among the most prominent findings reached include: • That the Program paid great attention to identifying al-muhmaluun among the narrators, which is praise-worthy; hence, researchers are urged to benefit from this. • That continuous development and incessant review of this Program and other computer programs has become an urgent necessity, to keep pace with the great development and technical acceleration of our time. • That the researcher who uses this Program in connection with the identification of al-muhmal (the unspecified narrator) or others should be wary and cautious of some of the results given by the Program, because of what may be a typographical error in the sources from which the program draws its results, and regarding what may be regarded preponderant or approved in the Program without mentioning clear scientific explanations for such.
