La floraison d’une nouvelle génération de jeunes chercheurs juristes, pénalistes et criminologues armés de leur maturation et émancipation intellectuelle et scientifique, nous aidera certainement à relever les fameux anciens défis de discorde entre pénalistes et criminologues mais aussi et surtout les nouveaux défis qui vont nous amener tous à travailler ensemble pour une seule et même politique criminelle normative et appliquée.
