المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف أثر جودة الحياة لدى العاملين في معاهد التربية الخاصة الحكومية في درجة رضاهم الوظيفي، والكشف عن الفروق لديهم في جودة الحياة ودرجة الرضا الوظيفي وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، حيث بلغت حجم عينة البحث (193) عاملا وعاملة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة المقصودة من معاهد التربية الخاصة الحكومية في محافظة دمشق، وطبق عليهم مقياسي جودة الحياة والرضا الوظيفي (إعداد الباحثة)، وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما. وخلص البحث إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ودال إحصائيا لجودة الحياة لدى العاملين في معاهد التربية الخاصة الحكومية في درجة رضاهم الوظيفي، إذ كلما ارتفعت جودة الحياة لدى العاملين في معاهد التربية الخاصة بمقدار (1.094) درجة، أثر ذلك في درجة رضاهم الوظيفي بمقدار (13.58)درجة.كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في معاهد التربية الخاصة الحكومية على مقياس جودة الحياة وفقا لمتغير سنوت الخبرة لصالح العاملين ذوي الخبرة الأكثر، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات العاملين في معاهد التربية الخاصة الحكومية على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الرضا الوظيفي ومجالاته الفرعية وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، باستثناء مجالات (العلاقة مع المشرفين، أسلوب الإدارة، فرص الترقية، ظروف العمل المادية، طبيعة العمل) التي كانت الفروق فيها لصالح ذوي سنوات الخبرة الأكثر .

The research aims to identify the impact of quality of life among workers in state special education institutes in the degree of job satisfaction, and the disclosure of the differences they have in the quality of life and the degree of job satisfaction, according to the variable years of experience, reaching the research sample size (193) factor and running, selected sample intended manner of government special education institutes in the province of Damascus, and dish them scale quality of life and job satisfaction (the researcher), and after of validity and reliability.. The research found to have a positive impact and statistically significant for the quality of life among workers in state special education institutes in the degree of job satisfaction, because the more the quality of life rose among workers in special education institutes by (1.094) degrees, impact on the degree of job satisfaction by (13.58) degrees . The results also indicated that there are significant differences between the mean scores of workers in state special education institutes on the quality of life scale, according to the variable Snot expertise for the benefit of workers with the most experience, and the lack of differences between them, according to the variable of the type of work. The results also pointed to a lack of statistically significant differences between mean scores of workers in state special education institutes on the total score for the scale of job satisfaction and sub-domains, according to the variable of years of experience, with the exception of the areas (relationship with supervisors, management style, promotion opportunities, and the physical working conditions, the nature of work), which was where the differences for the benefit of people with years more experience.
