المستخلص: تعد الكتابة في مناهج المؤرخين ووصف مصنفاتهم من الأمور الجوهرية التي يجب على الباحثين الخوض فيها، فوصف هذه المادة التاريخية حسب الحقب الزمنية أو المدارس التاريخية المختلفة يعد أمرا غاية في الأهمية ويساعد في بيان مراحل تطور الكتابة التاريخية لأمة من الأمم واستيضاح طرق عرض المعلومة التاريخية في كل عصر بواسطة المؤرخين وبيان مجمل المؤثرات الخارجية المحيطة بهم. فمن أبرز المراحل التاريخية التي مرت بها الكتابة التاريخية الإسلامية التي تستحق وقفات مهمة لفهم تطورها واستيضاح مناهج البحث التاريخي فيها هو عصر الحكم المغولي، فالخلافة العباسية سقطت عام 656ه/ 1258 م بفعل احتلال المغول لبغداد، وتقهقر العرب دينيا وسياسيا إلى القاهرة، وبقى المغول أصحاب السلطة والنفوذ في المشرق الإسلامي بفعل سطوتهم العسكرية وقوة جيوشهم الهائلة؛ فكان لغزو المغول في المشرق الأثر الهام جدا في تغيير مسار الأحداث في المشرق على الصعيد السياسي والثقافي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي على كافة المستويات. ومن هؤلاء المؤرخين الموظفين في سلك الدولة حمد الله المستوفي القزويني. فهو من أسرة "المستوفي" العتيدة في بلدة "قزوين" من أهم البلدان الواقعة غربي الري في إقليم الجبال، ومصنفاته تحتوي على الكثير من المعلومات عن سيطرة المغول على بلاد فارس والعراق سياسيا وعن تطورات ذلك العصر الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وعن جغرافية البلدان الإسلامية التاريخية في تلك العصور. والهدف من هذا البحث هو تقصي المناهج التاريخية التي اتبعها المؤرخ المستوفي ووصف مصنفاته بعد ذكر نزر من سيرته الذاتية والعلمية.

The writing in the methodology of historians and the description of their work is An essential issue for researchers in history that must be they delve into it. Thus the description of this historical material according to different time periods or historical schools is very important and helps to explain the stages of the development of historical writing of different nations and clarification of the ways of presenting the historical information in each era by historians and the statement of the total external influences surrounding them. Thus, one of the most important historical stages of Islamic historical writing, which deserves to be studied to understand its development and to clarify its historical research methods is the era of Mongol rule, Because of the great events of this era, including the fall of the Abbasid Caliphate in 656 A.H. /1258 A.D. by the occupation of the Mongols of Baghdad, and the return of the Arabs religiously and politically to Cairo, the Mongols remained powerful and influential in the Islamic "Al-Mashreq" due to their military strength and the power of their mighty armies; thus The invasion of the Mongols on Islamic "Al-Mashreq" has had a very important impact on changing the course of events in the Mashreq on it's political, cultural, social and economic levels. Among these employee historians is "Hamdallah Al-Mustawfi Al-Qazwini". He belongs to the "Almstufi" family from "Qazvin" town, one of the most important towns located in "Al-Jibal" territory, and his works contain a lot of information on the Mongols political control on Persia and Iraq and the social, economical developments in that era, and historical geographical informayions about different Islamic land in those ages. Thus the aim of this research is to investigate the historical method that followed by the historian "Al-Mustawfi" and describe his works after a brief mention of his biography and science biography.
