المستخلص: يشهد التاريخ الانساني أن الحكومات العادلة حافلة بالعطاء والإنجاز وعكس ذلك يصدق على الحكومات القمعية في كونها مصدر التخلف والإحباط. مهما تباعدت فترات ظهور الحكومات بصبغة الاستبداد والعنف وتعددت مواطن نشوئها إلا أنها تلتقي عند نقاط تجعلها حلقات مسلسل واحد والتركيز على هذه النقاط من ضرورات البحث للتعرف على طبيعة هذا الأسلوب من الحكم والاطلاع على أهدافها الاستراتيجية. والدكتور نجيب الكيلاني المصري المعاصر يساعد القارئ بمادته الروائية في هذا المشروع المعرفي في فصول رواية (رحلة إلى الله). يحاول هذا البحث عن خلال قراءة النص على أساس التحليل واستعراض المادة الروائية أن يضع إجابات على السؤال من طبيعة النظام الاستبدادي وأساليبه بتسليط الضوء على الطرق التي يعامل الشعب بها ويبدو من خلال البحث أن العنف والمراوغة تشكلان أساس الاستبداد ويتضح أن معاداته الشعب ناتج عن عداء بين الرؤي والمبادئ ويسير الكاتب بالقارئ إلى آخر محطات البحث بعرض روائي متميز يتسم بروح الأصالة والمبدئية ويزود القارئ بمعلومات هامة عن حقيقة هذا الأسلوب السلطوي وما يعايشه من نظم حكومية عن طريق الاستنتاج والتنظير.

Human history witnesses that just states and governments have been full of achievements and bestowal. Unlike them, despot and tyrant governments have been sources of backwardness and insufficiency. Each form of emergence of governments that appears to be dictatorial and oppressive to them is time consuming. There are many sources of them, unless there are common points that they represent different rings of the series, and the contribution to these united positions of equipment is a successful argument in understanding this practice of the Darfur State in pursuit of its strategic objectives. The veteran Najib al Kilani of Egypt, a contemporary scholar, contributes to the reader in this unique method motion (which is an expression of the narrative), and illustrates this discussion in several ."sections of the story "Trip to Right. This discussion tries to (for his reader) analyze and demonstrate its innovative method; to answer the reader's questions (which are also about the authoritarian nature of tyrant regime and its modes). And this manifests itself by introducing a way of dealing with these governments with their nations. As a result of the discussion, it will be clear that violence is the basis of a tyrant government, and it is clearly proven that the hostility of this regime to its people results from the contradiction of their ideas and beliefs. And the author of his special booklet (which is authentic) discusses the reader in a great depth. Equivocation gives other systems, and presents this information with a conclusion and an example of the flow of those states.
