تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الجرائم الإلكترونية، وأهم مظاهرها، وكذلك الوقوف على دور الجامعات الإسلامية بالمملكة العربية السعودية في توعية طلابها بخطورة تلك الجرائم من وجهة نظرهم، واقتراح مجموعة من السبل لوقاية طلاب الجامعات من خطورة الجرائم الإلكترونية في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: تحقق دور الجامعات الإسلامية بالمملكة العربية السعودية في توعية طلابها بخطورة الجرائم الإلكترونية، بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر الطلاب نفسهم، وجاء محور الجرائم الإلكترونية الوطنية في مقدمة المحاور المتحققة، يليها الجرائم الإلكترونية الاجتماعية، وأخيراً الجرائم الإلكترونية الاقتصادية. وتوصل الباحث إلى بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها: زيادة اهتمام الجامعات بتوعية الطلاب من خطورة الجرائم الإلكترونية بأنواعها المختلفة، من خلال تفعيل دور المقررات الدراسية، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والأنشطة الطلابية، وتقدم برامج تدريبية للطلاب في كيفية التعامل مع البرامج الإلكترونية المضرة وسبل الوقاية منها، وإنشاء مراكز أبحاث متخصصة في الجرائم الإلكترونية. ويقترح الباحث إجراء البحوث التالية: إجراء دراسة عن دور المؤسسات التربوية في توعية طلاها خطورة الجرائم الإلكترونية وسبل الوقاية منها، وكذلك دراسة عن دور الإعلام الجديد في توعية مستخدميه بخطورة الجرائم الإلكترونية وسبل الوقاية منها، وأيضاً: دراسة عن دور خطباء المساجد في توعية المجتمع بخطورة الجرائم الإلكترونية وسبل الوقاية منها.
This study aims towards understanding the cyber crimes and its aspects. Also, it illustrates the role of the Islamic universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in making students aware of the danger of cyber crimes in their views. It also addresses the methods of preventions to avoid the danger of such crimes in the light of this study. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the results came out to determine that the islamic universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieved a moderate level in making the students aware of the danger of cyber crimes in the views of the students. The awareness of local cyber crimes was in the lead followed by social cyber crimes and lastly the economic cyber crimes. The researcher came up with the following suggestions and recommendations: The universities have taken the awareness of all kinds of cyber crimes more seriously by mentioning such crimes in the academic syllabuses, educating staff members, enhancing awareness during students activities as well as providing training programs for students to teach them how to handle harmful cyber programs and how to seek protection. Also, establishing special research centers for cyber crimes. The researcher suggests performing the following researches: Perform a study on the role of educational institutes in raising the level of awareness of cyber crimes and methods of prevention. Also, perform a study on the role of the new media outlets in making its users aware of the danger of cyber crimes and methods of preventions. Finally, perform a study to determine the role of the Imams and religious figures in the mosques to help make the public aware of the danger of cyber crimes and how to seek protection.
