المستخلص: In our days, the performance of organizations is related to their ability to adapt their strategies and structure to environmental change. In the face of a changing environment, the organization is no longer seen as a stable state, but as an efficiency variable that must be constantly adjusted in order to adapt and anticipate changes that threaten the organization and which comes mainly from its interaction with the environment. In this sense, the intelligent information has become an essential material in the life of the company, while the mastery of this information reinforces the decision and arouse the action. With the crucial role of information, the utility of business intelligence is no longer to be demonstrated, in order to improve the efficiency of the company by making better use of its knowledge capital for performance purposes.

De nos jours, la performance des organisations est liée à leur capacité d’adapter leurs stratégies et leur structure au changement de l’environnement. En effet, face à un environnement en plein mutation, l’organisation n’est plus considérer comme un état stable, mais comme une variable d’efficience qu’il faut ajuster en permanence afin de pouvoir s’adapter et anticiper les changements qui menace l’organisation et qui provient principalement de son interaction avec l’environnement. Dans ce sens, l’information intelligente est devenue une matière essentielle à la vie de l’entreprise tandis que la maitrise de cette information permet de renforcer la décision et de susciter l’action. Forte du rôle crucial que revêt l'information, l'utilité de l'intelligence économique n'est plus à démontrer, afin d’améliorer l’efficacité de l’entreprise en exploitant mieux son capital de connaissances à des fins de performance
