|a تعد إدارة المواهب واحدة من أهم مصادر الميزة التنافسية، ومدخلا أساسيا لتحقيق الريادة والتميز، وتحسين السمعة العلمية والبحثية والأكاديمية والتنظيمية للمؤسسة، لذلك تعد إدارة المواهب واحدة من أهم أصول مؤسسات التعليم العالي. لذلك هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل إدارة المواهب بالتعليم العالي بمصر في ضوء خبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وركزت على أربعة أبعاد رئيسية لإدارة المواهب، وهي: الجذب والاستقطاب، الاحتفاظ والرعاية، التنمية والتطوير، التحفيز والتشجيع. وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لتفعيل إدارة المواهب بالتعليم العالي في مصر.

|b Talent Management is considered one of the most resources competitive advantage and an important entrance to achieve entrepreneurship & excellence, and to improve the scientific researching and the academic, organizational reputation for an institution, so it's one of the most important origins at the higher education institutions. So the study aims to set an imagine proposal to activate Talent Management in Egypt in the highlight of the United States of America. The study cased the descriptive curriculum and focused on the main proportion of Talent management, they are attracting, polarizing, retention and grazing, development, stimulation and encouragement. The study presented an imagine proposal to activate Talent Management at the higher education in Egypt.
