|a شهد نظام الرقابة على دستورية القوانين في المغرب تطورا بين مرحلة وأخرى وهذا منذ الدستور الأول للبلاد لسنة 1962 وإلى غاية دستور 2011 الجاري به العمل. وكانت البداية بغرفة دستورية على مستوى المجلس القضائي الأعلى، ثم مجلس دستوري مستقل عضويا عن باقي السلطات، وأخيرا محكمة دستورية تضم تشكيلة مميزة. يتناول المقال مظاهر تأثر الدساتير المغربية بالدستور الفرنسي في مجال الرقابة على دستورية القوانين واعتماد نمط أو نموذج الرقابة السياسية مع تسجيل مظاهر تميز كثيرة عن ما هو مكرس في الدستور الفرنسي لسنة 1958 والتعديلات الواردة عليه.

|b The way of control over the constitutionality of laws in Morocco has evolved from one stage to another, from the country's first constitution of 1962 to the recent 2011 constitution. The first was a constitutional chamber at the level of the Supreme Judicial Council, then a constitutional council that is organically independent from the rest of the other authorities, and finally a constitutional court with a distinctive composition. This article deals with the manifestations of the impact of the Moroccan constitutions on the French constitution in the field of censorship of the constitutionality of laws and the adoption of the pattern or model of political censorship.
