|a درست في بحثي هذا المسمى (أحكام الطهارة المتعلقة بالزوجين)، المباحث التالية: (طهارة أحد الزوجين بفضل الآخر، وحكم نقض الوضوء من ملامسة أحد الزوجين للآخر، وحكم لغسل من الجماع بغير إنزال، وحكم تغسيل أحد الزوجين للآخر بعد الوفاة)، بسبب حاجة الأزواج لمعرفة الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بطهارتهم، مع الجهل بها، وتفرق أحكام هذا الموضوع بين كتب الفقه والفتاوى، واختلاف أقوال الفقهاء في كثير من هذه المسائل، مع عدم علم الأزواج الراجح منها. مما دعاني لجمع الأحكام التي تخص الزوجين في مسائل الطهارة، بما يسهل الرجوع إليها، وضبطها، ومعرفة تفاصيلها، مع حاجة هذا الموضوع إلى دراسة وتحقيق، للوصول للرأي الراجح في المسائل، حيث إنها ذكرت في بعض الكتب من غير دراسة فقهية لها، فيسهل على العامة الوصول للحكم بالدليل مع الترجيح. وذلك للفوز بسعادة الدارين، وتجنب الخلافات الزوجية، وبناء أسرة إسلامية تقوم على أسس ثابتة وخطا سليمة، وأتبعت في إعداد بحثي المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي المقارن في استقصاء المسائل قدر المستطاع، وتتبع أقوال أهل العلم وفتاويهم من كتبهم، وإضافة ما يمكن من مسائل زوجية معاصرة، يحتاج الزوجين معرفة حكمها، ودراسة المسائل دراسة فقهية مقارنة، ببيان أوجه الاتفاق أو الخلاف في المسألة، وأدلة الأقوال وتعقبها بالرد والمناقشة، والترجيح ما أمكن. وخلصت إلى نتائج عدة من أهمها: أن الله تعالى شرع لكل من الزوجين ما يناسب فطرته وطبيعته من الأحكام، وأزال الحرج والكلفة بين الزوجين، فيجوز وضوء أحد الزوجين بفضل الآخر، ولا ينتقض وضوء أحدهما بلمس الآخر، كما يجوز تغسيل أحد الزوجين للآخر عند وفاته، وبالله التوفيق.

Which led to the collection of provisions concerning the spouses in matters of purity, so easy to refer to , ,and control, and knowledge of details, with the need for this subject to study and achieve, to reach the most likely opinion in matters - as they mentioned in some books without a study of jurisprudence, The public must reach the referee with evidence. In order to win the happiness of the two neighbors, and avoid marital differences, and build an Islamic family based on sound foundations and sound mistakes. In addition to the possible contemporary marital issues, the couple need to know their judgment and study the issues in a comparative jurisprudence study, to indicate the points of agreement or disagreement in the matter, and evidence Words and track them back and discussion, and weighting whenever possible. And concluded several results, the most important of which is that Allaah has prescribed for each of the spouses what is appropriate for his nature and nature of the rulings, and removed the embarrassment and cost between the spouses, so that one of the spouses may be allowed by the other, and the light of one of them is not broken by touching the other. Reconciliation.
