|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى الإطار النظري للسياحة والاستثمار السياحي، كما توضح مساهمة القطاع السياحي في الاقتصاد الجزائري، مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مساهمة القطاع السياحي في النشاط الاقتصادي بالجزائر ضعيفة لا ترقى إلى المستوى الطموح، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية (2030) يعد أرضية العمل الرئيسية لتنمية ودعم الاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر، وأوصت الدراسة على تقوية الشراكة بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص وتحسين البنية التحتية ومناخ الاستثمار السياحي لتحقيق أهداف المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية.

|b This study aims to address the theoretical framework of tourism and tourism investment, as well as illustrate the contribution of the tourism sector to the Algerian economy, by using the analytical descriptive approach. The study showed that the participation of the touristic sector in the economic activity in Algeria is small and don’t achieve the level of ambition, as the study showed that the plan of tourism initialization "2030" is the main working ground for the development and support of tourism investment in Algeria, and the study recommended the need to strengthen the partnership between the public sector and the private sector, and improve the infrastructure and climate of tourism investment to achieve the objectives of the MPTD.
