|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التوظيف التقني والأمني للإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير عمليات إدارة المعرفة، وكان سؤال الدراسة ما هو أثر التوظيف التقني والأمني للإدارة الإلكترونية على تطوير عمليات إدارة المعرفة لدى موظفي الجامعة الإسلامية في غزة؟ واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم استبيان أعد خصيصا لجمع بيانات هذه الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: يوجد أثر إيجابي بين التوظيف التقني والأمني للإدارة الإلكترونية وبين عمليات إدارة المعرفة الخمسة. وهناك أثر إيجابي جيد بين التوظيف التقني للإدارة الإلكترونية وبين عمليات إدارة المعرفة الخمسة. وهناك القليل من تبادل للمعارف بين الجامعات الفلسطينية بسبب قصور لدى وزارة التعليم الفلسطيني في هذا الجانب. أما عن التوصيات فقد كانت: يوصي الباحثان بالاهتمام بمتابعة التطورات الحاصلة في المجال التقني والأمني للإدارة الإلكترونية حتى تستمر في تسخيرها بشكل جيد في عمليات إدارة المعرفة. والعمل على إعطاء حوافز نقدية وعينية للموظف في حالة تطويره لأفكار إبداعية تساعد على الوصول لأهداف الجامعة.

|b This study aimed to identify the impact of the technical and security employment of electronic management in the development of knowledge management processes, on workers of the Islamic University in Gaza, and the question of the study what is the impact of technical and security employment of electronic management in the development of knowledge management processes, to the staff of the Islamic University? This study was based on the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was designed to collect data for this study The study concluded that there is effect between the technical recruitment of electronic management and the five knowledge management processes. There is no exchange of knowledge among Palestinian universities because of decrees of the Palestinian Ministry of Education in this regard. As for the recommendations were: The researchers recommend direction to follow the developments in the field of technical and security electronic management so as to continue to harness good in the processes of knowledge management. In addition, work to give incentives in cash and in kind to the employee in the case of developing innovative ideas that help to achieve the objectives of the university.
