|b In this article, we try to analyze different international agreements, environmental protection and support for sustainable development. To do this, we use descriptive analysis. Our analysis shows on the one hand, that the various international conventions highlight the challenges of the convergence of commercial and environmental gains and, on the other hand, the analysis also shows that this convergence is possible but that it must be based on socio-cultural, legal or organizational tools in international agreements. These different tools must be practiced not in isolation, but by combining them for greater efficiency in order to achieve the objectives of sustainable development

|d Dans cet article, nous tentons d’analyser différents accords internationaux, la protection de l’environnement et le soutien du développement durable. Pour se faire, nous utilisons une analyse descriptive. Notre analyse montre d’une part, que les différentes conventions internationales mettent en lumière les enjeux de la convergence des gains commerciaux et environnementaux et, d’autre part, l’analyse montre aussi que cette convergence est possible mais qu’elle doit se baser sur des outils socioculturels, juridiques ou organisationnels dans les accords internationaux. Ces différents outils doivent être pratiqués non pas de manière isolée, mais en les combinant pour une plus grande efficacité afin d’atteindre les objectifs du développement durable.
