المستخلص: للغة وظائفها المتعددة في خدمة الإنسان واستخلافه لعمارة الكون، فالإنسان يستخدم اللغة في مواقفه المختلفة ومناسباته المتعددة وخصوماته اللجوجة، بصفتها مواقف وحادثات تواصلية تتكرر، ويتطلب ذلك بناء قاموس يتناسب مع تلك التفاعلات الاتصالية والحوادث التواصلية لتؤدي وظيفة تواصلية وإبلاغيه في الآن ذاته، ولمختلف التفاعلات الثنائية أو أمام الجماعة اللغوية مثل المنتديات القبلية والخصومات. وقد ابتكر الإنسان لهذه الحوادث المتكررة عبارات ابتـكرت ضمن المؤسسة الاجتماعية واستعملت لتكون ممثلة لحياته في مسارين أساسيين - حسب تصور الباحث – هما: مسار الصراع وحل العقدة، ومسار التفاعلات اليومية والمناسباتية والطارئة. فهي عبارات منــظـــمة لتعامل معينٍ في سياق معينٍ، وتكون منتظرة من المجتمع في ذلكم السياق، ومن ثم فقد جعل المجتمع لكل سلوك يحتاج إلى ضبط حدوده والتزاماته تعبيراً يدل عليه، يتلفظ به ذو المسئولية، ومن هنا فهي سلوكيات لغوية ثقافية. وحرصاً من المجتمع على المجتمع نفسه أن لا تتـشتت مفاهيمه الحقوقية فقد اتفق على ما يشبه القوانين العرفية المنظمة لحياة أفراده وجماعاته، وهذا هو الأهم في موضوع المسكوكات في مسار الصراع وحل العقدة لاتصالها بالفعل والالتزام؛ فهذه الكلمات لا تقال إلا عن درجة وعي كامل من الباث لقصديته، ودرجة وعي مناظرة لهذه القصدية وطريقة التعامل معها من المتلقي باعتبار الكلمة/ المسكوكة مفتاحاً/ رمزاً وعلامة... لسلوك غير عرضي بل هو سلوك مقصود.
