المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم تجرية إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني D2L في كلية التمريض- الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب والطلبة، وأثر متغيرات الدراسة في ذلك، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عشينة الدراسة من (٤٧٣) طالبا وطالبة و(٤٩) عضو هيئة تدريس وتدريب في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استبانة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب تضمنت (٤٦) عبارة موزعة على خمسة محاور، واستبانة للطلبة تضمنت (٣٥) عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور. وأظهرت النتائج أن ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني ككل كبيرة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب، وأن الاتجاه، والدعم والتحديات نحو استخدام نظام D2L ككل متوسط لديهم، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتدريب، بينما توجد فروق حول التحديات التي تواجه استخدام نظام D2L لصالح دبلوم تمريض. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات الطلبة حول ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني تعزى لمتغير التخصص، بينما توجد فروق حول الاتجاه نحو استخدام نظام D2L لصالح بكالوريوس تمريض، وتوجد فروق حول التحديات التي تواجه استخدام نظام D2L لصالح دبلوم تمريض.

The study aimed to evaluate the experience of D2L e-learning management in the College of Nursing - the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait from the viewpoint of members of the teaching and training faculty and students, and the impact of the study variables in that, and the descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (473) students A female student and (49) faculty member in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, and the study tools included a questionnaire for faculty members and training that included (46) terms distributed on five axes, and a questionnaire for students that included (35) phrases distributed on four axes. The results showed that the culture of e-learning as a whole is great for faculty and training members, and that the trend, support and challenges towards using the D2L system as a whole have, and the results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of faculty and training, while there are differences about the challenges facing the use of D2L system for nursing diploma. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of students about the culture of e-learning due to the variable of specialization, while there are differences about the trend towards using the D2L system for the benefit of the Bachelor of Nursing, and there are differences about the challenges facing the use of the D2L system for the benefit of a nursing diploma.
