المستخلص: أخذت المدية مكانتها الاستراتيجية منذ القدم، وبرزت هذه المكانة خلال الفترة العثمانية حينما كان بايلك التيطري إحدى البياليك الثلاثة التابعة للدولة العثمانية في الجزائر. وقد أدركت قوات الاحتلال الفرنسي عشية احتلال الجزائر 1830 أهمية بايلك التيطري الاستراتيجية والاقتصادية، حيث وجهت أربع حملات كاملة لاحتلال المدية خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1830-1840. فما هو موقف أهالي المنطقة من الاحتلال الفرنسي الذي لم يخضع المنطقة نهائياً لسلطته إلا في عام 1840؟

Médéa a pris sa position stratégique depuis langue temps, et a émergé pendant la période ottomane où Bailek Titteri était l'un des trois Bialiks de l'Empire ottoman en Algérie. A la veille de l'occupation de l'Algérie en 1830, les forces d'occupation françaises se rendirent compte de l'importance du Bailek stratégique et économique. Quatre campagnes furent lancées par le gouvernement général français pour occuper Médée entre 1830 et 1840. En fin quelle est la position du peuple de la région de l'occupation française, qui n'était soumise à la région de son autorité qu'en 1840

Médéa Province has had its strategic position since the old times, and this position emerged during the Ottoman period when Beylik Al- Titteri was one of the three Beyliks of the Ottoman Empire in Algeria.
