المستخلص: The rules of origin (ROo) are a necessary element of the mechanics of international trade, particularly in the context of the preferential trade agreements (ACPr). They determine efficiently the economic nationality of the goods. They establish the conditions on which the goods can be imported. In general ROo is considered to be an instrument of commercial and industrial policy par excellence, and concept won in importance and also in complicacy further to the division of GVC

Les règles d'origine (ROo) sont une composante nécessaire de la mécanique du commerce international, en particulier dans le contexte des accords commerciaux préférentiels (ACPr). Elles déterminent efficacement la nationalité économique des marchandises. Elles établissent les conditions auxquelles une marchandise peut être importée.
