This document aims to clarify the vision of Islam on tourism, to define in terms of its concept, its models, its objectives as well as its rule of application. This study also seeks to consolidate tourism in Islam by demonstrating the legal norms that are attributed to it, and all that should be avoided. It has been demonstrated that Islamic thought and heritage have evoked the foundations and principles of tourism for which legislators have deduced the rules. The conclusion of this study was that tourism is one of the inherent needs of the human being, considered convenient to the nature discerned to people by God. It is an indisputable adventiveness for a large number of people for the execution of the cult of Hajj and Umrah, for the hospitalization, the exploration and the recognition of the places, for the commerce and the shopping, for the entertainment or for intercommunication and change of environment or other legitimate legitimate purposes. All this should be highlighted by the Muslims for and for the benefit of the people. Ce document vise à éclaircir la vision de l’Islam sur le tourisme, à définir en termes de son concept, ses modèles, ses objectifs ainsi que sa règle d’application. Cette étude cherche également à consolider le tourisme dans l'islam en démontrant les normes légales qui lui en sont attribuées, et tout ce qui en devrait être évité. Il a été, effectivement, démontré que la pensée et le patrimoine islamiques ont évoqué les fondements et les principes du tourisme pour lesquels les législateurs ont déduit les règles. La conclusion de cette étude fût que le tourisme constitue l’un des besoins inhérents pour l’être humain, jugés commodes à la nature discernée aux gens par Dieu. Il constitue un adventif incontestable pour un grand nombre de personnes pour l’exécution du culte du Hadj et la Omra, pour l’hospitalisation, l’exploration et la reconnaissance des lieux, pour le commerce et le shopping, pour le divertissement ou encore pour l’intercommunication et le changement de l’environnement ou d’autres fins légitimes admissibles. Tout ceci devrait être mis en évidence par les musulmans en faveur et pour le bénéfice des gens. |
