المستخلص: هذا البحث: (التفرد والمخالفة وأثرهما في الحكم على حديث الراوي بالنكارة، دراسة تطبيقية)، اقتصرت فيه على الأحاديث والآثار التي حكم عليها الإمام أحمد بأنها منكرة بسبب التفرد، أو المخالفة، أو كليهما نصاً، وقد تكون البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، ويهدف البحث إلي جمع كل الأحاديث التي حكم عليها الإمام أحمد بالنكارة نصاً، مع دراستها، وتخريجها، وبيان عللها، وبيان أثر التفرد والمخالفة في استنكار الإمام أحمد لها، وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي التحليلي، فأذكر نص السؤال الموجه للإمام أحمد، مع ضبط ما فيه من الأسماء المشكلة، ثم أخرج الحديث من مصادره المعتبرة، وأنقل أقوال النقاد في الحكم على الحديث إن وجدت، وان كان للحديث رواية أخرى مخالفة للرواية المرفوعة خرجتها أيضا؛ إذ قد تكون سبباً في الإعلال، ومن نتائج البحث أن تصرفات الأئمة النقاد كالإمام أحمد، ويحيى القطان، تدل على أنهم يحكمون على الحديث بالنكارة حيث لا يوجد له متابع، مع قرائن أخرى تدلهم على نكارته، أو يكون الراوي قد خالف المعروف، ومن القرائن التي استعملها الإمام أحمد الترجيح بالحفظ، ومن توصيات البحث العناية بالمسائل الدقيقة كمصطلح الغريب عند أحمد، أو المجهول عند ابن حزم.

This research includes:(singularity and violation and their impact on the ruling on the biography of the narrator in the denied Hadith, an applied study ) In which it is limited to the hadiths and narratives that Elemam Ahmad judged as being insincere because of the singularity, or the violation, or both text, may be the search of the introduction, and the preparation, and tow articles, conclusion, the research aims to collect all the hadiths that were narrated by Elemam Ahmad with the text of the narration, with its study, and implementing them, and explaining the reasons for them, and showing the impact of singularity and violation in the condemnation of Elemam Ahmad, I followed the descriptive descriptive method of analytical analysis, and I mention the text of the question addressed to Elemam Ahmad, With the control of the names, and then remove the hadith from the sources considered, and convey the words of critics in the ruling on the hadith, if any, if the hadith is a different version of the narrated narration, As it may be a cause of revelation, and the results of the research that the actions of imams critics such as ELemam Ahmed, and Yehya ELqattan, indicate that they rule on the denied Hadith where there is no follower, or the narrator has violated the known, and the evidence used by ELemam Ahmad weighting conservation, and the recommmendations of the research care of the delicate issues such as the term strange at Ahmed, or unknown at Ibn Hasm.
