المستخلص: تناول الباحث في هذه الدراسة المكتبية أخلاقيات الإدارة التربوية عند المسلمين لتحديد ما هو أخلاقي وما هو غير أخلاقي في عرف المهنة كما استعرض مفهوم أخلاقيات المهنة مع التركيز على أخلاقيات المهنة في الإدارة التربوية عند المسلمين. والتعرف على مفهوم وأخلاقيات ومصادر مهنة الإدارة التربوية عند المسلمين، من أجل تحقيق الوعى بأهمية البعد القيمي الأخلاقي في مجال التربية ودعم الارتباط بالمؤسسة والحفاظ على سمعتها وتفعيل دورها، من خلال ثلاثة مباحث هي مفهوم أخلاقيات مهنة الإدارة التربوية عند المسلمين وأهمية أخلاقيات مهنة الإدارة التربوية عند المسلمين وخصائص أخلاقيات مهنة الإدارة التربوية عند المسلمين وفلسفة أخلاقيات مهنة الإدارة التربوية عند المسلمين ومصادر أخلاقيات مهنة الإدارة التربوية في الإسلام. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة المكتبية إلى عدد من التوصيات من أهمها:
1. الاهتمام بتربية الناشئة قبل سن المدرسة تربية أخلاقية وفق ما جاء في الشريعة الإسلامية، فالتعليم في الصغر أدعى للانضباط في الكبر.
2. إدخال مادة "علم الأخلاق الإسلامية" في مناهج المراحل الابتدائية، ومادة أخلاق المهنة. في مناهج ما فوق المرحلة الابتدائية حتى نهاية التعليم العالي.
3. ضرورة إبراز أهمية القيم الأخلاقية في حياة الفرد والجماعة لما لها من تأثير كبير في حياتهم، وفي تقدم الأمة وازدهارها، وتعزيز ذلك عن طريق وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، والمؤتمرات والندوات ونحوها.
4. الاستفادة من الأبحاث المقدمة إلى الندوات والمؤتمرات التي تعلى بأخلاق المهنة عن طريق طبعها وتوزيعها على المؤسسات العامة والخاصة حتى لا تضيع الجهود، وتبقى حبيسة الأرفف والقاعات.
5. الاهتمام بأخلاق العمل، ويذل الجهد في سبيل نشرها وتحقيقها في الواقع.
6. ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة في مجال أخلاقيات الإدارة التربوية لمديري المدارس والمعلمين في مختلف المراحل التعليمية لتعريفهم بحقوقهم وواجباتهم تجاه وظائفهم، وتجاه جميع الأطراف التي يتعاملون معها من رؤساء ومعلمين وتلاميذ وأولياء أمور وأفراد المجتمع المحلي


In this desk study, the researcher dealt with the ethics of educational administration among Muslims to determine what is ethical and what is unethical in the custom of the profession. He also reviewed the concept of professional ethics with a focus on the ethics of the profession in educational administration among Muslims. He identified the concept, ethics, and sources of the profession of educational administration among Muslims, to bring awareness about the importance of the ethical value dimension in the field of education, support the connection with the institution, maintain its reputation and activate its role, through three topics. They are the concept of the ethics of the profession of educational administration among Muslims, the importance of the ethics of the profession of educational administration among Muslims, the characteristics of the ethics of the profession of educational administration among Muslims, the philosophy of ethics of the profession of educational administration among Muslims, and the sources of ethics of the profession of educational administration in Islam. This desk study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are:
1. Attention to teaching young children ethics before school age according to what is stated in Islamic Shariah. Education in childhood is the most appropriate for discipline in old age.
2. The introduction of the subject "Islamic ethics" in the curricula of the primary stages, and the subject of professional ethics in the curricula above the primary level until the end of higher education.
3. The need to highlight the importance of ethical values in the life of the individual and the group because of their great influence on their lives and in the progress and prosperity of the nation, and to reinforce this through various media outlets, conferences, seminars, and the like.
4. Take advantage of the research presented in seminars and conferences that elevate the ethics of the profession by printing and distributing it to public and private institutions so that efforts are not wasted and remain confined to shelves and halls.
5. Attention to work ethics, and making an effort to spread and achieve them in reality.
6. The need to hold specialized training courses in the field of ethics in educational administration for school principals and teachers in various educational stages to familiarize them with their rights and duties towards their jobs, and towards all parties they deal with, including heads, teachers, students, parents and members of the local community.
