يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف درجة تركيز كتب التربية القومية الاشتراكية للمرحلة الثانوية في سورية على مكونات المواطنة، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة تحليلية تستهدف تحليل هذه الكتب للوقوف على ما تحويه من مكونات المواطنة ومفهوماتها الفرعية، وإظهار مواطن الاهتمام أو التقصير في مسايرة الكتب لهذه المكونات ، وذلك اعتماداً على الخطوات المنهجية لأسلوب تحليل المضمون في مسايرة الكتب لهذه المكونات ، وذلك اعتماداً على الخطوات المنهجية لأسلوب تحليل المضمون وشروطه الموضوعية. ولتحقيق الهدف من هذا البحث تم إعداد أداة تألفت من سبعة مفهومات رئيسة للمواطنة و (60) مفهوماً فرعياً، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وفي ضوء هذه الأداة تم تحليل محتوى كتب التربية القومية الاشتراكية للمرحلة الثانوية. ومن خلال هذا التحليل تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج منها : أنه لم يتم رصد أي توافق في توزيع التكرارات على المفهومات الرئيسة للمواطنة ولا على المفهومات الفرعية ، فقد أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة (100%) من نتائج التوافق بين درجات توافر مفهومات المواطنة الرئيسة، والفرعية ، في مقرر التربية القومية الاشتراكية للمرحلة الثانوية في سورية، أشارت إلى غياب التوزيع المتوازن لهذه التكرارات على مفهومات المواطنة الواردة في المقرر. وقد خلص البحث إلى عدد من المقترحات منها الحرص على إقامة تنسيق وتوافق في درجة تركيز كتب التربية القومية الاشتراكية للمرحلة الثانوية في سورية، على مفهومات المواطنة الرئيسة والفرعية، واعتمادها كأحد الأسس في وضع المناهج الدراسية
This research aimed to recognise the level of concentration on components of citizenship in books of the national socialist education for the secondary educational stage in Syria. This has been done through conducting an analytical study aiming to analyze these books in order to specify components of citizenship and sub concepts, according to the methodological steps of contnt analysis and its objective conditions, and to highlight points of interest and shortcomings in these books. A tool was incorporated in order to achieve the aim of this research. This tool is composed of seven basic components and sixty detailed concepts, whose truth and stability have been assured. In the light of utilizing this tool, the content of the books of the National Socialist Education for the Secondary Education Stage was analyzed. These results of the study imply that no compatibility in distribution of repetitions of major concepts of citizenship, or the detailed concepts were detected. The results showed that 100 % of the results of compatibility among levels of availability of major and sub-concepts of citizenship in Subject books of the National Socialist Education for the secondary educational stage in Syria have referred to the inexistence of a balanced distribution of repetitions of concepts of citizenship as mentioned in this subject. This research has recommended some proposals, as paying more attention to establishing coordination and compatibility in the level of concentration on major and side concepts of citizenship in the books of the national socialist sub- education for the secondary educational stage in Syria and adopting concepts of citizenship as one of the principles of setting study programes.
