|a الانفصال من المبدأ المترسخة حديثا في القانون الدولي وذلك بعد النص عليها في إعلان العلاقات الودية للأمم المتحدة في عام 1970 والذي أشار بصورة مباشرة إلى حق الدول في تقرير مصيرها وذلك من أجل حفظ السلم والامن الدولي وعدم نشوب نزاعات بين الدول وعليه ترسخ مبدأ الانفصال في القانون الدولي ولكن للانفصال الدول الكثير من الاثار ومن أول هذه الاثار هو انتماء الدول إلى المنظمات الدولية، حيث لم يعالج القانون الدولي في اتفاقياته المتعدة مسائلة انفصال دولة أو اتحاد مكون من عدة دول إلى دولة مستقلة من حيث من له حق التمتع بالعضوية وعليه ترك الموضوع إلى اجتهادات فقهية أو إلى قرارات تصدر من المنظمات التي تنتمي اليها الدول للبت في مسائلة العضوية كما أوضحنا في بحثنا.

|b Separation from the newly established principle in international law, after stipulating it in the Declaration of Friendly Relations of the United Nations in 1970, which directly indicated the right of states to self-determination in order to maintain peace and international security and not to arise conflicts between countries, and therefore the principle of separation is established in international law But the separation of states has many effects. One of the first of these effects is the affiliation of states to international organizations, where international law did not address in its various agreements the question of the separation of a state or union made up of several countries into an independent state in terms of who has the right to enjoy membership and must leave the matter to jurisprudence. Or nationality to decisions issued by the organizations that belong to it states to decide on the membership as we have shown accountability in our research.
