المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مفهوم التكوين الإلكتروني كشكل جديد من أشكال التكوين، وإلقاء الضوء على القيمة المضافة التي يمكنه تقديمها للمستفيدين، مع الوقوف على متطلبات التحول إلى هذا النوع من التكوين كخدمة إلكترونية حديثة ضمن منظومة المكتبات. وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الجانب الميداني الذي ارتكز على آراء عينة من المستفيدين حول مشروع التحول إلى خدمة التكوين الإلكتروني بالمكتبات، ورؤيتهم إلى الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه ذلك في إكسابهم المهارات والكفاءات التي تمكنهم من التأقلم مع الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة في المكتبات في ظل بيئة رقمية. اعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمة أداتين من أدواته في جمع البيانات وهما: الاستبيان والملاحظة. جاءت النتائج لتظهر تأكيد عينة الدراسة على أن خدمة التكوين في شكلها التقليدي لم تعد تتناسب مع الواقع الجديد للمكتبات في البيئة الرقمية، وتقر بضرورة التحول إلى التكوين الإلكتروني بمكتباتنا لمزايا هذا الشكل الجديد من التكوين، التي تجعله قادرا على إكساب المستفيدين الكفاءات المعرفية والمهارات العملية التي تتطلبها الاستفادة من الخدمات الإلكترونية في مكتبات العصر الرقمي.

This study attempts to highlight the concept of electronic training as a new form of training, and to shed light on the added value it can provide to users. It also identifies the requirements for switching to this type of training as a modern electronic service within the library system. The study was based on the opinions of a sample of users about the idea of switching to the electronic training in libraries, and the role that this can play in providing them with the skills and competencies that may help them to cope with the new electronic service offered by libraries within the digital era. To achieve the specific objectives, the study adopted the descriptive approach using the questionnaire and the observation as instruments for collecting data. The obtained results showed that the survey participants were convinced that the traditional training service was no longer compatible with the present digital environment of libraries. They also acknowledged the need to switch to electronic training in our libraries for the advantages of this new form of training, which provide users with competencies and practical skills required to take advantage of electronic services in libraries of the digital era.

A travers notre étude, nous avons essayé de mettre en relief le concept de formation électronique comme un nouveau type de formation, et de souligner la valeur-ajoutée qu’il procure aux utilisateurs. L’étude identifie également les procédures requis par ce nouveau modèle de formation en tant que service électronique au sein des bibliothèques. Cette étude de terrain, était basée sur les opinions d'un échantillon d’utilisateurs sur le projet de passer au service de formation électronique dans les bibliothèques, et leur point de vue quant au rôle que cela peut jouer en leur fournissant les compétences et les connaissances qui leur permettent de s'adapter aux services électroniques offert par les bibliothèques à l’ère numérique. Pour réaliser ses objectifs l’étude a adopté l’approche descriptive en utilisant le questionnaire et l’observation comme instruments de collecte de données. Les résultats obtenus ont démontré que les participants étaient convaincus que le service de formation traditionnelle n’était plus compatible avec le nouvel environnement numérique des bibliothèques. Ils ont également souligné la nécessité de passer a la formation électronique dans les bibliothèques pour ses avantages qui permettent aux utilisateurs d’acquérir les compétences théoriques et les aptitudes pratiques requises pour bénéficier des services électroniques de bibliothèques à l’ère du numérique.
