المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة تطبيق مواصفات المقررات الإلكترونية وفق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية فيها. والكشف عن الفروق بين درجات إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية على استبانة مواصفات المقررات الإلكترونية وفق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية فيها تبعا لمتغيرات: (الجنس، عدد سنوات الخبرة، الرتبة الأكاديمية). واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وطبق البحث على عينة مؤلفة من (152) عضو هيئة تعليمية يدرس في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية. وتم استخدام استبانة مواصفات المقررات الإلكترونية وفق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: إن درجة تطبيق مواصفات المقررات الإلكترونية وفق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية فيها كانت بدرجة متوسطة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الرتبي لاستجابة أفراد عينة البحث (3.28). ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة مواصفات المقررات الإلكترونية وفق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية وفق متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية الذين لديهم من سنوات الخبرة (من 6-10 سنوات). ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة مواصفات المقررات الإلكترونية وفق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية وفق متغير الرتبة الأكاديمية لصالح أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية الذين هم في رتبة (أستاذ جامعي).

The objective of the research is to determine the degree of application of electronic course specifications according to the quality assurance standards at the Syrian Virtual University from the point of view of the members of the educational body. And the detection of differences between the grades of the responses of members of the educational body to identify the specifications of electronic courses in accordance with quality assurance standards at the Syrian Virtual University from the point of view of the members of the educational body according to the variables: (gender, years of experience, academic level). The study was based on a descriptive approach. The research was conducted on a sample of (144) members of an educational body taught at the Syrian Virtual University. The questionnaire was used according to quality assurance standards at the Syrian Virtual University. The most important findings of the research: The degree of application of e-course standards according to the quality assurance standards at the Syrian Virtual University from the point of view of the members of the teaching body was medium. The educational arithmetic average of the response of the members of the research sample was 3.28. And the existence of statistically significant differences between the scores of the responses of the members of the research sample on the specification of electronic courses according to the quality assurance standards in the Syrian Virtual University according to the variable number of years of experience for the members of the educational body who have years of experience (6-10 years). And the existence of statistically significant differences between the scores of the responses of the members of the research sample to identify the specifications of the electronic courses according to the quality assurance standards at the Syrian Virtual University according to the academic rank variable for the benefit of the members of the faculty who are in the rank of (university professor).
