|a البحث في ألية العقوبات الاقتصادية في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية يجعلنا نقف على حقيقة واحدة لا يمكن تجاهلها مفادها أن جوهر هذه السياسة تحقيق المصلحة القومية العليا للبلاد على حساب كل الاعتبارات والقيم، ومن ثم استعمال القوة بكل أشكالها وصورها التي منها العقوبات الاقتصادية للهيمنة على العالم خارج إطار الشرعية الدولية، ضمن مجموعة من الأساليب التي حاولت من خلالها أمريكا إضفاء نوع من المشروعية على قراراتها وأفعالها. وبهذا أصبحت أمريكا بسياستها الخارجية تشكل نوع من أنواع الاستبداد والطغيان.

|b The economic sanctions mechanism research in the US foreign policy makes us stand on one fact that can not be ignored that the essence of this policy is to achieve the supreme national interest of the country at the expense of all considerations and values with the use of force in all its forms including economic sanctions to dominate the world out of the international legitimacy within a range of styles and methods through which America tried to give a kind of legitimacy on its decisions and actions thus America with its foreign policy constitutes a kind of tyranny.

|d La recherche sur le mécanisme des sanctions économiques dans la politique étrangère américaine nous amène à un fait qui ne peut être ignoré : l’essence de cette politique est de réaliser l’intérêt national suprême du pays au détriment de toutes les considérations et les valeurs, puis de l’emploi de la force sous toutes ses formes, y compris, les sanctions économiques qui permettent de dominer le monde en dehors de la légitimité internationale, dans un ensemble de méthode par lesquelles l’Amérique a tenté de légitimer ses décisions. Ainsi la politique étrangère des états –Unis est devenue une forme de tyrannie.
