المستخلص: يركز هذا البحث على موضوع مهم جدا وهو عملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان دور استخدام نظم دعم القرار في دعم عملية اتخاذ القرار، وذلك نظرا لأهمية هذه النظم والدور الكبير الذي تلعبه في دعم عملية اتخاذ قرارات علمية ومنطقية لحل المشكلات التي يواجهها متخذو القرارات في هذه المؤسسة، وهذه النظم هي نظم مبنية على الحاسب الآلي تم تصميمها بغرض تحسين الجودة والإنتاجية وزيادة الفاعلية من خلال دعم متخذي القرار. من هنا جاء هذا البحث لدراسة دور استخدام نظم دعم القرار من حيث دعم الإدارة العليا لاستخدام هذه النظم، والإمكانات المتاحة من مادية وبشرية وفنية لاستخدام هذه النظم في دعم عملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة السورية للحبوب، حيث قامت الباحثة بتوزيع (75) استبانة على عينة عشوائية من العاملين في الإدارتين العليا والوسطى، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة والصالحة للتحليل والتي تم تفريغها (60) استبانة، وقد قامت الباحثة بتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (15 SPSS). وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات وأهمها: يوجد أثر معنوي لاستخدام نظم دعم القرار والتي تتمثل (بدعم الإدارة العليا، الإمكانات المتاحة لاستخدام نظم دعم القرار من مادية وبشرية وفنية) في دعم عملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة السورية للحبوب، وأوصت الباحثة بزيادة اهتمام الإدارة العليا بنظم دعم القرار، وأن يتم استخدام تكنولوجيا متطورة في نظم دعم القرارات، وكذلك العمل على تدريب الكوادر البشرية التي تعمل في القسم الفني الخاص بنظم دعم القرار، والعمل على توفير التقنيات الفنية لاستخدام نظم دعم القرار وأهم هذه التقنيات النظام الحاسوبي والاتصالات.

This research focuses on a very important topic which is the decision-making process in the institution under study, where this research aims to explain the role of using decision support systems in supporting the decision-making process, given the importance of these systems and the great role they play in supporting the scientific and logical decision-making process to solve The problems faced by decision-makers in this institution, and these systems are computer-based systems designed to improve quality and productivity and increase efficiency through support for decision makers. this research came to study the role of using decision support systems in terms of supporting the higher management to use these systems, and the available capabilities from material, human and technical to use these systems to support the decision-making process in the Syrian Grain Foundation, where the researcher distributed (75) questionnaires on a random sample Of the workers in the upper and middle departments, and the number of retrieved and valid questionnaires for analysis that were emptied (60) questionnaire, the researcher analyzed the data using the statistical analysis program (SPSS 15). The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a moral impact of using decision support systems which are (with the support of senior management, the available capabilities to use decision support systems in terms of material, human and technical) in supporting the decision-making process in the Syrian Grain Foundation, and the researcher recommended increasing the interest of senior management Decision support systems, and that advanced technology be used in decision support systems, as well as work to train human cadres working in the technical department for decision support systems, and work to provide technical techniques for the use of decision support systems, the most important of which is the computer system and communications.
