المستخلص: يركز هذا البحث على موضوع مهم جدا وهو جودة عملية اتخاذ القرار في المصرف محل الدراسة، وبما أن المنظمات تعيش اليوم في بيئة سريعة التغير بسبب التطورات السريعة والمتلاحقة في البرمجيات وأنظمة الحواسب الإلكترونية مع ظهور ابتكارات جديدة في هذا المجال، ولعل أحدها هو الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي يعبر عنه بأنه النظرية المتعلقة بكيفية عمل العقل، وذلك عن طريق توجيه الحاسب لأداء أشياء يؤديها الإنسان بطريقة أفضل، وحيث إن عملية اتخاذ القرار أصبحت من أهم المقومات الأساسية للإدارة الناجحة باعتبارها محور العملية الإدارية في مختلف المستويات التنظيمية. من هنا جاء هذا البحث لدراسة أثر تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي (قدرة النظام - سلوك المستخدم - عملية التدريب والتطوير على النظام - توفر الخبراء) في جودة عملية اتخاذ القرار في المصرف محل الدراسة وذلك نظرا لأهمية القطاع المصرفي ودوره الكبير في الاقتصاد الوطني، حيث قامت الباحثة بتوزيع (120) استبانة على عينة عشوائية من العاملين في الإدارتين العليا والوسطى في المصرف محل الدراسة، وبلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة والصالحة للتحليل والتي تم تفريغها (100) استبانة، وقد قامت الباحثة بتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (15 SPSS). وقد توصلت الباحثة ضرورة اهتمام المصرف العقاري السوري بمفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل أكبر، واتخاذ السياسات والإجراءات التي تعمل على زيادة مستوى إدراك العاملين لأهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال عقد دورات تدريبية للعاملين، وتحديث وتطوير برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي المستخدمة لتمكين الإدارات المختلفة من اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب، وكذلك العمل على تأمين الخبراء لاستخدام النظم الخاصة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وأن يتم اختيار الخبراء ذوي الكفاءة والخبرة.

This research focuses on a very important topic which is the quality of the decision-making process in the bank under study, and since organizations live today in a rapidly changing environment due to the rapid and successive developments in software and electronic computer systems with the emergence of new innovations in this field, perhaps one of which is artificial intelligence that it is expressed as the theory related to how the mind works, by directing the computer to do things that a person can do better, and that the decision-making process has become one of the most essential ingredients for successful management as the center of the administrative process at various organizational levels. this research came to study the effect of applying artificial intelligence (the ability of the system - user behavior - the training and development process on the system - the availability of experts) on the quality of the decision-making process in the bank under study, given the importance of the banking sector and its significant role in the national economy, where the researcher distributed (120) Questionnaire on a random sample of workers in the upper and middle departments of the bank under study, and the number of questionnaires retrieved and valid for analysis that were emptied (100) questionnaire, and the researcher analyzed the data using the statistical analysis program (SPSS 15). The researcher reached the necessity of the Syrian real estate bank to pay more attention to the concept of artificial intelligence, and to take policies and procedures that increase the level of employees' awareness of the importance of artificial intelligence through holding training courses for workers, and to update and develop artificial intelligence programs used to enable different departments to take appropriate decisions at the appropriate time And also work to secure experts to use systems for artificial intelligence, and to choose experts with competence and expertise.
