|a يشكل الفساد خطرا كبيرا على قيام دولة القانون، إذ تمتد أثاره لتشمل الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي والقانوني، وامتداد أثاره واتساع نطاقه وكثرة فواعله في أي دولة مؤذن بزوالها، لذا كان لزاما وضع آليات لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة. ويتعرض هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل لسياسة الدولة الجزائرية في مكافحة الفساد من خلال التطرق لمختلف النصوص القانونية التي تحارب الفساد، وكذا الهياكل المخولة بذلك مع التركيز على أحد أهم الآليات القانونية وهي التصريح بالممتلكات.

|b Corruption is a major threat to the establishment of the rule of law. Its effects extend to the economic, social, political and legal aspects, its effects, its breadth, and its abundance in any country that preaches its demise. This article examines and analyzes the policy of the Algerian state in the fight against corruption by addressing various legal texts that fight corruption, as well as the structures authorized to do so. With a focus on one of the most important legal mechanisms is the declaration of property Corruption.
