المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على أثر بعض متغيرات البيئة التنظيمية الداخلية (القيادة الإدارية، الثقافة التنظيمية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، الهيكل التنظيمي) على مستوى عمليات إدارة المعرفة (اكتساب المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة، نشر المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة) داخل مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالجلفة، وذلك من خلال تطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في استمارة الاستبيان، على عينة من العاملين بالمؤسسة حجمها (27) فردا. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أفراد عينة الدراسة يوافقون بدرجة عالية على أن متغيرات البيئة التنظيمية الداخلية المدروسة (القيادة الإدارية، الثقافة التنظيمية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، الهيكل التنظيمي) تتوافر في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالجلفة بدرجة عالية، إلى جانب تطبيق المؤسسة قيد الدراسة لعمليات إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية بدرجة متوسطة. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لهذه المتغيرات على مستوى عمليات إدارة المعرفة، من خلال وجود أثر لكل من القيادة الإدارية والثقافة التنظيمية على مستوى عمليات إدارة المعرفة. كما تم ملاحظة عدم وجود هذا الأثر بالنسبة لكل من لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والهيكل التنظيمي.

Knowledge Management is considered as one of the most recent managerial concepts in which quantitative and qualitative literature has grown, as it includes the most important modern management strategies and methods to bring about change and development, achieving and maintaining competitive advantage. , And opportunities for continuous growth and development. The aim of this study is trying to determine the effect of some internal organizational environment variables (managerial leadership, organizational culture, information technology, organizational structure) at the level of knowledge management operations (knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, knowledge application) within electricity and gas distribution directorate in Djelfa, through a field study using the questionnaire, which was applied on a sample of (27) individuals. This study aims to achieve the following objectives: - Try to extract the most prominent indicators from the theoretical literature, which would benefit in building the field framework for the study. - To identify some variables of the internal regulatory environment in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Djelfa. - Diagnosis of the reality of knowledge management processes in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Djelfa. - Knowledge of the impact of some internal organizational environment variables such as (administrative leadership, organizational culture, organizational structure, information and communication technology) at the level of knowledge management processes (knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, application of knowledge) in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Djelfa. Taking into account the specificity of the field of study, which is the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Djelfa, the problem of the study can be crystallized by the following main question. Is there a statistically significant effect at (0.05 αα) for some internal organizational environment variables (administrative leadership, organizational culture, information technology, communication, organizational structure) at the level of knowledge management processes in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Djelfa Results of the study found out that the study sample agree with a high degree that internal organizational environment variables available within the electricity and gas distribution directorate in Djalfa, as well as the practice of knowledge management operations by the institution under study with a moderate degree. The study also concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of some internal organizational environment variables at level of knowledge management operations, through existence of effect of managerial leadership and organizational culture at level of organizational knowledge management operations. as we have noted the absence of this effect for information technology and organizational structure.
