For that purpose, organizational excellence is one of the most important administrative methods that can be used to evaluate companies and provide them with a competitive advantage. It also makes the organization able to constantly provide the fundamental resources aiming to achieve outstanding results com-pared to its competitors regardless of their surrounding circumstances. Consequently, in addition to administrative excellence, many companies need to know how to manage the process of excellence, which includes all organizational elements within the organizations such as human resources, organizational structure and organizational culture, which are among the most important fundamental sources of organizational excellence. Organizational excellence is also one of the most important administrative functions that are to be applied to fulfill excellence in organizations through the administrative application and implementation of excellence in the various administrative functions (planning, regulating, guiding and monitoring) to make a balance between the needs of the organization, employees, clients and community as a whole.
