المستخلص: The purpose of this research is to recognize the effect of applying Electronic Human Resources Management (E-HRM) system on service quality provided by HRM in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in multinational companies in Egypt. The research objectives are to introduce a general framework of E-HRM and the second is examining the impact of E-HRM practices (E-Training and E-Performance appraisal) on HRMSQ. To achieve these objectives, the research used two questionnaire forms consist of 31 statements. It distributed to 323 employees who use E-HRM system in branches of PepsiCo Company that are located in Egypt. In light of this, data were collected and analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive statistically significant impact of the dimensions of E-HRM practices (E-Training and E-Performance appraisal) on the dimensions of HRMSQ (HR strategic services, HR supportive services, HR executive services and HR change-related services).
