This paper aims to identify the positive effects of demographic transation on economic growth by presenting the demographic transition experience and stages in China and Egypt to find out the stage of transation that China has reached and the stage that Egypt is going through to predict its entry into the demographic window, Through appropriate economic and social policies that make the best use, The comparative approach to study and analyze China's experience was used to determine the impact of demographic transition on economic growth rates and how Egypt benefited from its policies to reach the demographic window, The results of this paper are that by following certain policies that benefit from the demographic dividend, this leads to raising economic growth rates, some of these policies encourage saving and create an investment climate that attracts these savings, which of course leads to surplus labor supply, Increase production, the second result is The demographic transition has positively impacted the economic growth rate in China. The annual growth rate of China's gross domestic product (GDP) during the period 1963 to 2003 was 7.24%, and 3.35% of this growth is attributed to the demographic transition, which affects 46% Domestic GDP, this is also consistent with the second hypothesis of research hypotheses.
