المستخلص: Financial authorities in many countries around the world visit Malaysia every year to learn more about Malaysia's experience in financial inclusion.so the research target to determine the impact of financial inclusion on income inequality in Malaysia. First by determine Ecosystem of financial institutions in Malaysia which consist of Commercial banks, Development financial institutions (DFIs), unique government institutions dedicated to mobilizing savings from low-income families. Second by analysis financial inclusion indicators and determine its impact on income inequality. The research found that The value of the financial inclusion index decreased in 2004 and 2005 due to the decrease in the number of branches of commercial banks and the decrease in the private credit ratio, with the improvement of these ratios, the index started to increase again, gini coefficient was 0.46 in 2004 and reached 0.39 in 2016. The value of the index reached 0.63 in 2016.
