المستخلص: The retirement system is so need to more development and enhance The produce of it , a service that produced doesn,t achieve the social Justice in Egypt and Kwiet. There are problems in the social insurance system at both countries Firstly,the structure of the system , like the rise of contribution of Retirement system in Egypt, and that lead to escape from pay the shares Of insurance system and non compeletly coverage for all employers ,but The contrary in kwiet ,however they are make a Fake employer to pay The insurance share to gain the social insurance Coverage ,that need to Support the private sector and middle and small projects in both of Countries. Secondly, the some weakness in choose the perfect investment According to the local investment and behavior of money market, in Addition to choose the ideal sectors of invest ,like structure ,medical, Logestic, trianning ,co-operating projects, partnership projects in Infrastructure, that remarked by high revenue of investment and Security, guarantee. There is no douth about the capital market is the one of most ways of investment the funds money, but the power of the market depend on Corpetate Governance in this market, Transparence, Disclosure and Investment risks like liquidity, volatility, currency, transfer of risk and Transfer of waiting. So, before think about investment in capitalmarket we should study the Active of stock market and sector, and internal and external Environment.
