المستخلص: تكفل نصوص القانون الدولي الأليات التي تعتمدتها منظمة الأمم المتحدة في حماية حقوق الأقليات وقد أثبتت الممارسات الدولية التي قامت بها المنظمات الدولية في مجال التدخل لحماية حقوق الأقليات وان كان ذلك باستخدام القوة وعملت الأمم المتحدة على أنشاء أجهزة خاصة تهتم بحماية حقوق الأقليات وتشرف على تنفيذ برامج حماية حقوق الأقليات، وساهمت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة ومن خلال القرارات والتوصيات مساهمة فعالة في حماية حقوق الأقليات وللأقليات حقوق خاصة بها إضافة إلى الحقوق العامة للإنسان؛ وكان للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الأنسان وللعهدين الدوليين لعام ١٩٦٦ المساهمة الفعالة والحقيقية في توفير الحماية الدولية من خلال صكوك ومواثيق دولية تكفل احترام وحماية حقوق الأقليات.

The provisions of international law guarantee the mechanisms adopted by the United Nations Organization for the Protection of the Rights of Minorities. The international practices of international organizations in the field of intervention to protect the rights of minorities have been demonstrated by the use of force. The United Nations has set up special bodies concerned with protecting the rights of minorities and supervises the implementation of protection programs The General Assembly of the United Nations, through resolutions and recommendations, has contributed effectively to the protection of the rights of minorities and to their own rights, as well as to the general rights of men. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenants of 1966 Effective and real contribution in the provision of international protection through international instruments and conventions to ensure respect for and protection of the rights of minorities. In order to make the centers of power and polarization influential in making their interests prevail, the system to be put in place for humanitarian intervention in its new status does not depart from that framework; it supports the tendency of many States fully to support efforts to enhance the effectiveness of international humanitarian intervention by the United Nations To varying degrees, has increased the number of conflicting interests and thus made it difficult to establish the legal regime for such international operations.
