يهدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى توفر الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لممارسة التربية الميدانية لطالبة كلية بالدلم جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز وذلك لأهمية ممارسة طالبة كلية التربية للتربية الميدانية التي يعد اجتيازها بنجاح مقدمة لإجادة مهنة التدريس مستقبلا عند ممارسته كمهنة، تم إجراء الدراسة في العام الدراسي 1439-1440هـ. وأجريت الدراسة على طالبات المستوى الثامن وذلك لأن الدراسة النظرية التي تؤهل الطالبة لممارسة التربية الميدانية تنتهي بالمستوى السابع وتخرج الطالبة للتطبيق في المستوى الثامن وذلك للتأكد بأنها أكملت الدراسة النظرية التي تمكنها من إجادة التطبيق العملي. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، تتكون الاستبانة من أربع محاور بمدرج ثلاثي يقيس توفر الكفاءة بدرجة (أعلي، وسط، منعدم)، المحور الأول لقياس مدى توفر الكفايات الخاصة بالتخطيط والمحور الثاني مدى توفر الكفايات الخاصة بالتنفيذ، والمحور الثالث لقياس مدى توفر الكفايات الخاصة بالتقويم، والمحور الرابع لقياس مدى توفر السمات الخاصة التي يجب توفرها لدي الطالبة المتدربة. والمقابلة للأستاذات المشرفات على الطالبات من قبل الكلية كأداة مساندة لمعرفة مدى توفر الكفايات لدى الطالبة المتدربة. وخلصت الدراسة إلي الآتي:- 1- توفر الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لممارسة الطالبة للتربية الميدانية تخطيط الدروس بدرجة عالية. 2- توفر الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لممارسة الطالبة للتربية الميدانية تنفيذ الدروس بدرجة عالية. 3- توفر الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لممارسة الطالبة للتربية الميدانية تقويم الدروس بدرجة عالية. 4- وجود بعض القصور في مهارة التخطيط في مجال تنوع الأهداف. 5- توفر السمات الجيدة لدى الطالبة لممارسة التدريس وضبط الصف. أوصت الدراسة:- 1- تخصيص مدارس خاصة بالجامعة لتدريب طالباتها لضمان جودة التدريب والإشراف التام علي التدريب خلا سنوات دراسة الطالبة بكلية التربية.
PURPOSE: This dissertation aims to know the availability of teaching qualifications abilities that necessary for practical education for the female students of Education Faculty in ALDALAM (SATAM IBN ABDULAZIZ UNIVERSITY). However, practical/ field education is very important for training the student, so that to be familiar with school environment and to get practical experience, (practice makes perfect). If she passes the practical tests successfully, that will be good indication, she will be a good teacher in the future. The study has been carried out in the year (1439-1440H) METHODOLOG OF THE RESEARCH The study has been applied on the female students of (LEVEL EIGHTH), because the theoretical studies hat qualifying the student for the practical/ field studies ends with (LEVEL SEVENTH), to make sure that the student has completed the theoretical studies and she ready to start the practical aspects. The researcher has followed the descriptive analytical and questionnaire method as tools for collecting the primary data. The questionnaire consist of four fields of (LIKERT SCALE) for measuring the availability of the QUALIFICATIONS in degree (high … average … non exist). The first field is for measuring the availability planning .The second field is for measuring the availability of execution. The third field is for measuring the availability of evaluation. The last field is for measuring the personal features that should be in the student. Interview with female professors supervising female students by the college as a support tool to know the availability of teaching competencies for the student FINDINGS The study come to the following findings; 1- Highly rated availability of qualifications abilities that necessary for practical education for the female students, specially lessons' planning. 2- Highly rated availability of qualifications abilities that necessary for practical education for the female students, specially lessons' execution. 3- Highly rated availability of qualifications abilities that necessary for practical education for the female students, specially evaluation. 4- There are some shortcomings in the field of diversity of goals. 5- Highly rated availability of qualifications abilities that necessary for practical education for the female students, specially controlling the class and practicing teaching. The researcher recommended that the University should make its own special schools for training the students.
