المستخلص: بفضل الله تعالى ومنته انتهينا من موضوعنا ((الشك من الراوي وأثره في التعليل: دراسة تطبيقية في علل الدارقطني)) ويمكننا تلخيص النتائج الرئيسية للبحث على النحو التالي. 1. الإمام الدارقطني، قل مثيله بين أقرانه، فقد أفنى عمره في الذب عن سنة النبي، يدل على ذلك مقولته الصادقة: ((يا أهل بغداد، لا تظنوا أن أحدا يقدر أن يكذب على رسول الله وأنا حي)) 2. انتهج الدارقطني أسلوبا خاصا به في كتاب العلل، فبدأ كتابه بمدار الحديث، ثم الاختلاف عليه، ثم بين المتسبب بالمخالفة، ثم عرض أقوال أئمة الحديث، وصولا لحكمه على الرواية. 3. قدم الدارقطنى عدة صور للشك منها: الشك في ثبوت الحديث عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وشك الراوي بين التحديث والعنعنة أو بين العنعنة والسماع أو الشك في السماع من الشيخ أم عنه بواسطة، أو الشك في تعيين اسم الراوي أو في تعيين اسم أب الراوي. 4. ومن أنواع الشك أيضا عند الدارقطنى: الشك في إبهام السند، وغيرها من القرائن الدالة على الشك، كما احتوى كتاب العلل على كثير من الألفاظ الاصطلاحية أو اللغوية الدالة على الشك.

Al-Daraqutni began to present the problem and formulate it in his style. Then he started with the hadith of the hadeeth, then the difference on it. Then he explained the culprit, and then he presented the words of the imams of the hadeeth, and this leads to his ruling on the novel. 3. There are several types of doubt in the case of al -Daraqutni, including: the doubt about the provenance of the hadeeth about the Prophet. 4. There may be a doubt between the narrator and the modernity or the doubt between the narrator and hearing and hearing or suspicion of hearing from the Sheikh or by. 5. There shall be doubt as to the designation of the name of the narrator or of doubt in the designation of the name of the father of the narrator. 6. It is likewise in the doubt between the two companions. 7. It is also possible to doubt the thumb of the bond. 8. There are many clues to the suspicion of the Alarqutni, including the words of terminology or language. 9. We recommend that more studies be done on the book of ills, since it is one of the most important books of ills.
