|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان منهج الإسلام في بناء الجسم ورعايته، وقد تناول البحث مسيرة هذا البناء منذ بزوغ فكرة الارتباط بين الأب والأم، لينشأ من علاقتهما جنين له حقوق مكفولة شرعاً من وجوب النفقة على الأم الحامل ورعايتها، ورضاع بعد خروجه للحياة، كما تناول البحث منظومة الإسلام المحكمة في بناء الجسم بعد مرحلة الطفولة من خلال توفير الضرورات الحياتية من مأكل ومشرب وملبس ومسكن، ومن خلال التعاليم غير المسبوقة الدافعة للطهارة وحسن النظافة، مع الحث على ضرورة ممارسة ألوان الرياضة البدنية المختلفة، وأكدت الدراسة على أن بناء الجسم ليس مقصوداً لذاته بقدر ما هو حلقة في سلسلة بناء الكيان الإنساني ككل نفسياً وروحياً وعقلياً فجسم سليم معناه كيان إنساني مستقيم.

|b This research aims to show the method of Islam in building and caring for the body, and the research dealt with the march of this construction since the idea of the relationship between the father and mother emerged, to create from their relationship a fetus that has rights legally guaranteed from the necessity of alimony to the pregnant mother and her care, and breastfeeding after his departure from life, as the research dealt with Islam’s tight system in building the body after childhood by providing life necessities such as food, drink, clothing, and housing, and through unprecedented teachings that drive purity and good hygiene, while urging the necessity of practicing the different colors of physical exercise, and the study emphasized that body building is not intended for itself as much What It is a link in the chain of building the human being as a whole psychologically, spiritually and mentally. A healthy body means a straight human being.
