المستخلص: للذكاء الاصطناعي تطبيقات متعددة يتم استخدامها لحل الكثير من المشكلات في مختلف المجالات والميادين ومن أهم هذه التطبيقات هي النظم الخبيرة. وهدفت الدراسة إلى بناء نظام الخبير لتقويم بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية لأداء مهارة التصويب بكرة اليد للاعبين والتعرف على تأثر التمرينات وفق نظام الخبير في تقويم بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية لأداء مهارة التصويب بكرة اليد للاعبين وتطوير دقة الأداء. واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي. وطبقت هذه الدراسة على لاعبي الأندية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة-جامعة ميسان للعام الدراسي (2018-2019) والبالغ عدد (5) لاعبا. واستخدمت الوسائل والأدوات والأجهزة حسب متطلبات البحث، وتم بناء نظام الخبير بالاستناد إلى النموذج الحركي (الكينماتيكي) للمستوى العراقي، ثم أجرى الاختبار القبلي لأفراد العينة بمهارة التصويب من الارتكاز واستخراج المغيرات الكينماتيكية لأفراد العينة، بعدها طبقت التمرينات وفق نظام الخبير المعدة لمدة (6) أسابيع بواقع وحدتين تعليمية أسبوعيا وبعد إكمالها تم إجراء الاختبار البعدي، وتم الحصول على النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لاستخراج كل من الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (t) للعينات المترابطة. وخرجت الدراسة باستنتاجات أهمها: للتمرينات وفق نظام الخبير التأثير الواضح في تقويم بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية لأداء مهارة التصويب بكرة اليد لأفراد عينة البحث وتطوير دقة أدائها. ضرورة التأكيد على استخدام التمرينات وفق نظام الخبير لما حققت من فاعلية في تقويم بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية لأداء مهارة التصويب بكرة اليد. ضرورة تشجيع استخدام برامج النظم الخبيرة لما توفره من دقة في تشخيص نقاط الضعف في الأداء المهارى لدى المتعلم لمعالجتها.

Artificial intelligence has multiple applications that are used to solve many problems in various fields and fields, and the most important of these applications are expert systems. The study aimed to build an expert system to evaluate some of the kinematic variables to perform handball shooting skill for players. And to identify the impact of exercises according to the expert's system in evaluating some of the kinematic variables to perform the skill of aiming with a handball for players and developing accuracy of performance. The researcher used the experimental approach to design the single experimental group with pre and posttests. This study was applied to club players in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science -University of Maysan for the academic year (2018-2019) and the number (5) players. The methods, tools and devices were used according to the research requirements, and the expert's system was built on the basis of the kinematic model for the Iraqi level, then the pre-test of the sample members was conducted with the skill of correction from the pivot and the extraction of kinematical changes for the sample members, then the exercises were applied according to the expert system prepared for a period of (6) weeks At the rate of two educational units per week and after completion, the post test was conducted, and the results were obtained and statistically processed using the statistical bag (SPSS) to extract both the mean and standard deviation and test (t) of the interconnected samples. The study came out with the most important conclusions: Exercises according to the expert's system have a clear effect on evaluating some kinematic variables for the performance of handball correction skill for members of the research sample and developing the accuracy of its performance. The need to emphasize the use of exercises in accordance with the expert's system, as it has achieved effectiveness in evaluating some of the kinematic variables to perform the aiming skill with a handball. The need to encourage the use of expert systems programs because of the accuracy they provide in diagnosing weaknesses in the skillful performance of the learner to address them.
