المستخلص: أطلقت مصر عام ٢٠١٨، استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة أو ما يعرف برؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠، والتي تسير على نفس خطى رؤية القاهرة ٢٠٥٠، ولرؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠ أبعاد ومحاور (البعد الاقتصادي: محور التنمية الاقتصادية - محور الطاقة- محور المعرفة والابتكار والبحث العلمي- محور الشفافية وكفاءة المؤسسات الاجتماعية البعد الاجتماعي: محور العدالة الاجتماعية- محور الصحة – محور التعليم والتدريب محور الثقافة البعد البيئي: محور البيئة - محور التنمية العمرانية)، وليكون المجتمع المصري بحلول عام ٢٠٣٠ مجتمعا مبدعا، ومبتكرا، ومنتجا للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والمعارف، والبحث العلمي كوظيف من وظائف الجامعة الثلاثة هو الركيزة الأساسية لتطور أي مجتمع والذى له دور في علاج الكثير من المشكلات، كما يعد البحث التربوي من أهم الأساليب التي يعول عليها تحديث التعليم وتطويره، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمقومات العملية التربوية من جميع جوانبها وأطرافها، ومراجعة غايات التعليم وأهدافه في المراحل المختلفة لضمان استجابته للمتغيرات العصرية ونجاح رؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠، وسعت الدراسة التوصل لصياغة محددة لمسؤوليات البحوث التربوية، لاسيما الأخلاقية منها، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض المبادئ التوجيهية التي أطلقت عليها "مسؤوليات" قد تساعد في تفعيل دور البحوث التربوية لتحقيق استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة للبحث العلمي (مصر ٢٠٣٠) وهى: 1- المسؤوليات تجاه المشاركين بالبحوث التربوية. ٢- المسؤوليات تجاه الرعاة والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة في مجال البحوث التربوية. ٣- المسؤوليات تجاه مجتمع الباحثين التربويين. ٤ - مسؤوليات النشر والناشرين التربويين. ٥- المسؤوليات عن رفاهية الباحثين وتطورهم

Egypt launched In 2018 a sustainable development strategy, or what is known as Egypt's 2030 vision, which follows the footsteps of Cairo's 2050 vision, and Egypt's 2030 vision has dimensions and axes (the economic dimension: the economic development axis - the energy axis - knowledge, innovation and scientific research - the transparency and efficiency of social institutions The social dimension: the axis of social justice - the axis of health - the axis of education and training the axis of culture The environmental dimension: the axis of the environment - the axis of urban development), so that by 2030 the Egyptian society will be a creative, innovative society, and a producer of science, technology and knowledge, and scientific research as a job The three University is the main pillar of the development of any society, which has a role in the treatment of many problems. Educational research is also one of the most reliable methods for modernizing and developing education, especially with regard to the elements of the educational process in all its aspects and sides, and reviewing the goals and objectives of education at different stages to ensure its response to modern changes and the success of Egypt's 2030 vision, and the study sought to reach a specific formulation of the responsibilities of educational research, Especially ethical ones, as the study found some guiding principles that were called "responsibilities" that may help Activating the Role of Educational Research to achieve a Sustainable Development Strategy for Scientific Research (Egypt's Vision 2030), namely: 1-Responsibilities to Educational Research participants. 2-Responsibilities to sponsors, customers and stakeholders in the field of Educational Research. 3. Responsibilities to the Educational Research community. 4. Responsibilities for the Educational Research publishing and publisher. 5- Responsibilities for researchers’ wellbeing and development
