لقد تبنت المملكة العربية السعودية- في مطلع الألفية الثانية- استراتيجية لتطوير نظام التعليم العالي متمثلة في إنشاء المركز الوطني للقياس والتقويم وتأسيس الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي. - السؤال الرئيس للبحث: ما أهم المقترحات لتطوير الأداء المؤسسي بكلية التربية جامعة الطائف في ضوء معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد؟ - أما الهدف الرئيس للبحث فيمكن في التعرف على أهم المقترحات حيال تطوير الأداء المؤسسي بكلية التربية جامعة الطائف في ضوء معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد. - وفيما يتعلق بمنهج البحث: يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على الوصف والتحليل والتفسير والتنبؤ بالظاهرة قيد البحث. أما الأدوات البحثية فتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه: تم إعداد استبانه موجهة للهيئات التدريسية حول واقع الأداء المؤسسي بكلية التربية جامعة الطائف من أجل معرفة الواقع الفعلي للمؤسسة وآليات التطوير المستقبلي لها بما يضمن تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد المؤسسي بها. أما عينة البحث فتتمثل في: القيادات والهيئات التدريسية والإدارية بكلية التربية جامعة الطائف. وأثمر البحث عن العديد من المقترحات؛ أهمها: ضرورة إنشاء وحدات أو مراكز ضمان الجودة والاعتماد بكافة الوحدات الإدارية والأقسام الأكاديمية بالكلية، وإنشاء لجنة دائمة بالكلية تكون حلقة الاتصال الدائم بالهيئات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية للجودة والاعتماد، وعقد الدورات التدريبية للهيئة التدريسية والإدارية لاطلاعهم على معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد وكيفية التطبيق، وإرساء مبدأ جودة المؤسسة وإعلام الجميع به، ويتحدد هذا المبدأ بأن يتم تقييمه من خلال نوعين من النواتج التنظيمية والفردية.
Development of Institutional Performance of Faculty of Education at the University Taif In The Light of Quality Assurance Standards and Accreditation The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a strategy for developing higher education system; this strategy is represented in establishment tow major centers: the National Center of measurement and evaluation and the National Assessment and Accreditation. * Main question: What is the proposed vision for the development of institutional performance,Faculty of Education, University of Taif in the light of the quality assurance standards and accreditation? • Main aim: The proposed scenario for the development of institutional performance, Faculty of Education, University of Taif in the light of the quality assurance standards and accreditation. • Methodology: it is requires a descriptive approach based on the description, analysis, interpretation and prediction of the phenomenon under discussion. • Tools: set up a questionnaire addressed to the bodies of the faculty and administrative bodies on the reality of institutional performance,Faculty of Education, University of the Taif Agreement in order to find out the actual reality of the institution and its future development mechanisms to ensure the application of quality assurance and institutional accreditation by. The research sample is to: leadership and faculty and administrative faculty of education, University of Taif. • Suggestions; the need to establish units or centers of qulity assurance and accreditation of all administrative units and academic departments altogether, and create a permanent faculty serve as a constant contact with national bodies and regional and international quality and accreditation, and training sessions for faculty and administrative to inform them of the standards quality assurance and accreditation,and how the application, and to establish the principle of the quality of the institution and inform everyone it, and determined that this principle is assessed through two types of organizational and individual outcomes
