قد حوت الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء كل ما يفي بحاجات الناس، ويرفع الحرج عنهم، ويزيله كل ما من شأنه أن يكون مثار منازعة، أو مؤديا إلى الخلاف والتناحر، ومن ذلك الذي اعتنت به الشريعة الغراء دفعا للنزاعات والخلافات بين أفراد المجتمع (أنواع قسمة القضاء)، وقد تناول البحث في مباحثه ومطالبه: أنواع القسمة، مقسما إياها باعتبارات مخلفة إلى قسمة التراضي، وقسمة الإجبار، وقسمة الأجزاء، وقسمة التعديل، وقسمة الرد، وقسمة التفريق، وقسمة الجمع، ثم تناول البحث قسمة الجمع في العقارات والضياع المتعددة، متحدثا عن: قسمة الجمع في العقارات والضياع، وقسمة الأبنية ذات السفل والعلو، ثم أفرد المبحث الثالث منه لقسمة الزرع على أرضه، متناولا: قسمة الأرض والزرع معا، وقسمة الأرض وإبقاء الزرع، وقسمة الزرع وإبقاء الأرض، كل ذلك وفق ما ارتضاه الباحث لبحثه من مناهج، ومن خلال الكتب المعتمدة لدى المذاهب الفقهية المختلفة، مع ترجيح ما يراه الباحث راجحا، دون تعصب لمذهب بعينه، لكنه الدليل الراجح والحجة القوية، عارضا في أثناء ذلك الوقائع الفقهية المعاصرة المتعلقة بمسائل البحث.
