المستخلص: Through the work of the researcher as a Head Coach of the diving team at Zamalek Club, I noticed an increase in the impulsive performance of the players, which was represented in a lack of attention with increased muscle tension and consequently a decrease in their skill level to perform of revers two and half tuck, in addition to the fact that most training programs are concerned with a direct focus on physical and skill preparation Without paying attention to psychological aspects, especially for junior divers, this may be due to insufficient familiarity with the methods of psychological preparation. The research aims to identify the effect of relaxation exercises on muscle tension and the level of performance of the revers two and half tuck. For diving, the researcher used the experimental method using the pre-dimensional measurement of one experimental group. The research sample was chosen intentionally by the diving club junior of Zamalek club and they numbered (10) players. One of the most important results that the researchers reached is that relaxation exercises have a positive impact on the impulsivity of performance and the level of performance of the revers two and half tuck by the diving club junior in favor of telemetry.
